The card gives you a code that is activated at the register and then you type in the code to add funds to your psn account. Very easy to use.

The code had already been redeemed when it was sitting in my husbands Christmas stocking not even scratched yet. I contacted Best Buy and they told me to contact Sony. I contacted Sony and they basically told me I was lying because I was "the only one who had access to it". Sony said someone else redeemed it 3 days before Christmas when the card was still in his stocking. They refused to do anything about the people stealing even though they knew exactly who redeemed it. I contacted Best Buy again and they refunded the money but they treated me like I was lying. They said it was a one time only refund. If you buy a gift card make sure you redeem it right when you get it to avoid losing your money cause apparently Best Buy and Sony don't care.

Whats to say about a prepaid card. You scratch off a code and enter said code. Poof, these's money in your account.

I use game cards for all my game subscriptions. It's easy to use. Sony has been hacked before so it's much safer than using a credit card.

Its simple and easy just scratch off the gray thing at the back and input code to your psn account and bam! Couldn't have been any easier.
