    Money on the PS account is always good. However a big complaint that I always have about these cards is the amounts. It's Very hard finding a game or add on for that matter where the $25 card is either left with random 3-4 dollar amounts left which can get you almost nothing that isn't on sale or special on the network or it leaves you at least 5-10 dollars shy to get a decent game or downloadable content that is on sale. Kind of a drag.
