    Yes, it's a gift card. Yes, you can add it to your account. Unfortunately Sony has a strict upper limit on your wallet of $150. This is an incredibly frustrating number: games cost about $60-$100 these days, meaning if you have, say, $55 in your wallet and a $100 gift card, it is impossible to use the card to fully purchase the game! (You cannot add the card, since you will exceed the wallet limit, but you also do not have the funds to buy the game unless you simply pay the balance on your credit card). I would avoid this card and go for two $50 cards instead until Sony increases the wallet limits on their end.
