We went from a 25 year old tube television to this one. We really enjoy the new technology.

I always like Sony TV. I had a Sony TV for twenty seven years and I finally gave it away.

I got suckers into a Black Friday Samsung, it sucked. This tv is amazing.

This is my second Sony from Best Buy, and I'm very pleased with both of them.

Sony make great products... I hear. This seem to give them the privilege to charge a premium for their products. That also means you have to live up to the hype.

Came in to best buy a couple days ago to get a nice television for my den and ended up walking out with a beauty that will be replacing my Samsung F8000. Initially I had my Samsung F8000 as my main tv, and would be placing this new tv in my den where I occasionally watch tv. But after seeing this picture compared to the f8000(which made it easy because they have them right next to each other in best buy) I had to get this new Sony.. The picture compared to the F8000 had much much better blacks, which in turn gave the picture much more depth.. Colors were so accurate and on point that the picture overall was very natural and realistic. Very happy with my new sony, and was even more excited when I had this up because of its simple, stylish design... GREAT JOB SONY!!

This is a great mid grade tv. The 3D looks great I watched Avatar in 3D the first night and I was blown away. I like the buttons for streaming shows on the remote and netflix as well as wifi included without forking over more money for another part. I like that there are three HDMI outputs on the back as opposed to two on the back and two on the side like my last Sony TV. I don't think there's anything else I could ask for. The price was pretty fair for the quality. If your on the fence on this TV just get it you won't be unhappy.

The wife and I, decided to buy our new SONY KDL55w502a TV from Best Buy store in Marysville, WA. So glad we did. Makes our old TV - look terrible. The staff there was so professional and answered all our questions. This is one of the best TV's we have ever owned. Technology has defiantly came a long ways these days. The Geek Squad delivered it and 'set-up' everything for us. Gave us that peace of mind in knowing everything is connected correctly. They did an excellent job and great customer service. We also bought matching ( SONY HTCT660 ) sound bar system and ( SONY BDP-S5100 ) 3-D Blue Ray player to go with our new TV. The TV was mounted above our river rock fireplace and it's absolutely beautiful with it's thin bezel design and compliments our family room. The TV is DAZZLING, SPECTACULAR and has BRILLIANT colors. If, you decided to buy this TV - you will not be disappointed. The family and I watched, "AVATAR," in Blue - Ray - 3 D. It was an eye-popping ultimate viewing experience. Watching the breathtaking beauty of the glowing rainforest to the majestic Hallelujah Mountains floating in the sky, the spectacular world of "AVATAR," comes to life. Everything was so detailed and crystal clear. I never knew - TV could be like looking though a great big window. In closing, I wanted to mention the sound bar system is a great add-on. It'll defiantly gives you the surround sound that we all crave when watching a really good movie. The Blue Ray player is great too and meets all my expectations. Especially, the 3-D capabilities are astounding. Our TV - will still need to be calibrated but, looks awesome right out of the box.

I have owned a 40" Sony Bravia LCD tv & even though it is still going strong, it was time for an upgrade. I was looking for an LED 3-D capable tv & this one seemed to have the features I was looking for in my price range. I was told that the KDL55W900A model was the one to get, but it was just out of my budget. I have a PS2, PS3, PS4, Sony 5 disc DVD changer/surround sound system & a Wii U connected to this set and they all look awesome. The 3-D function is just like the movie theatre experience, no complaints here. You can even watch non 3-D blu-rays & dvds with the simulated 3-D setting turned on. The only complaint I have so far is that there is soft glowing in the corners of picture (probably due to the LED edge lighting) & I can't get the picture settings just right to my liking. I probably need to mess around with the picture settings some more. I just wish there were more options. I was 10 days late in purchasing this set to qualify for the free one year of Netflix & Hulu Plus, but oh well. Overall this tv looks great out of the box, even with the default picture settings. So far I am happy with my purchase & glad I bought this TV.

Easy to set up, got this LED for it's bright image in a sunny area of my home. Better than expected except in audio as with all HDTV's. Needs sound bar or 5.1or 7.1. Then outstanding. No bluring or trailing even with fast action. Excellentfor gaming. I price matched for better price. Intuitive features.

This is the a great TV!!!! After trying a tv from the other S company, I amped up and got the Sony. People are searching the internet for reviews on televisions. I have found that a TV that may have the right specs may not have the best pics. It all comes down to video processing........and Sony is the best. SONY MAKES THE MOVIES, THE CAMERAS FOR HD and the TV. Colors look more natural, the motion is great and it took 30 seconds to hook up to the internet. If you are looking for a large tv less than $1700 look no further. THE STAFF AT THE BEST BUY AT THE PITTSBURGH MILLS IN TARENTUM PA WERE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!
