It fits in the area of the room where I have had other Sony televisions over the past thirty years. I thought the 36" WEGA Sony was wonderful . It was the best in my opinion at that time. This has to be the best TV on the market now! The aesthetic of this 55"TV can't be beat.

Nice 4k TV for price & features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After extensively reviewing and researching 8-10 different TVs, I can say that Sony XBR55X850D 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV (2016 model) is a very nice beginner's HDR TV loaded with Android Apps & features that we all are already familiar with. Look for the best buy deals to get even further lower price. All the best!!!!

Great tv

After researching the sony, samsung, lg and vizio, i decided to go with the Sony. Im really glad i did, as the picture is amazing, the tv is thin and light and easy to install. I really like the "live football" mode that really makes sporting events pop! Awesome tv!!

Long Time Sony TV Lover

Still getting used to the android web operations for apps, there're kind of quirky for my taste. All in all even without a very good user manual I have been able to work around the TV functions to get the viewing experience desired. For the price a better user manual should be provided. But so far, so good to me.

When the geek agent said it probably would I tried to swap and pay the difference for the bigger screen but was told there would also be another $200 installation fee and I did not want to pay that
