The remote control sensor is piece of junk, when you point the remote it barely responds. The sound is average for a 4k.

Sound is good coming from the speakers. Set up was easy even after a firmware update. This TV is fun because it can be paired with Playstation Bluetooth Controllers to play Google Play/ Android Games. This TV also has a Headphone Jack

However, the Google OS system is very glitchy and would often crash and the TV will need to be fully powered down to reopen the app crashed. Using the voice recognition is pretty good however it sometimes does not activate and freeze the app. And yes after performing a factory reset and consistent software updates the glitchy OS issues persists.

It's not as "smart" as my samsung tvs have been. It's a bit of a pain to program between thw sony receiver, samsung Blu-ray player and direct tv box. I got it going and the picture is fine no worries there. It was just the set up to 4k that was forever and a day. While I'm happy, my next tv will be samsung again.

When the price finally dropped, this was the TV I chose. My previous Sony TV lasted 8 years and I'm hoping this one will too. Overall the installation and set up was a breeze. I've tied it in with a Klipsch sound bar to make the perfect entertainment system.

He has not had issues with his, mine has annoying little things go on with it, it will randomly change from tv to 'home" where all the apps are, trying to find bluetooth headphones is a nightmare as Sony makes it difficult, and they are a tech company. If I could return this I would,I think there are better 4K's out there for this kind of money.
