Fantastic tv great value for the money. Easy set up.

Great picture and quality...........................

We are really enjoying this tv but even more, the support from Sony and the Geek Squad has been fantastic. We've gotten followup calls to make sure all was well.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. It was simple to set up and so far works great. Beautiful picture. The only thing is the sound, unless you have a sound bar the sound from the tv is not great. Fortunately we do have a sound bar so we are all set.

Overall my Sony tv is awesome. Picture is perfect.

Since 90's I've always bought SONY excep the very last one I'm happy to own another SONY Better pic and sound without using sound bar One thing I don't like is the way web works so I use Apple TV for that So I gave 4.5 since I can only post 4 or 5

The clarity of the picture in this TV is amazing. Love the "smart" feature of being able to speak to the remote and tell tv what to play - the Apps available on tv provide endless movies to choose from. Quality of sound is very good , but eventually I plan to by an enhancement speaker . Very happy with my purchase!

I wanted to change a 4K TV for a few months. Most of the brands just have 2 to 3 HDMI input port, but I need to have a TV with at less 4 input ports. Finally I found out this TV was fit my request, also it was on sale while I bought it. Great Deal!!!!

I compared the 850 to the 750 at the store, and the 850 clearly had the better picture. I wanted a 65" TV, but I saved $100 and got a better picture with this 55"er. Its what I expected from Sony!

I replaced an old Sony that was a floor model with a large rear-projection unit. I was going to just plug in the cables from the old unit.and found out about HDMI cables which enables the new unit to take advantage of a better signal. It was worth the price of the new HDMI cables, although the old cables still work

Went in to buy a Samsung TV but after checking out the Sony Smart Ultra 4K we went w/Sony. Excellent picture clarity and motion rate! Also love the built in apps so we don't need more equipment to access steaming content. Strongly recommend this TV!

Bought this TV as a replacement to a Samsung. The clarity of the picture is amazing. Works wells with a Sony receiver and Blu Ray player. The Android features are impressive.Voice commands work well

Nice television except it's not 4K HDR. It will only do HDR with 1080p. My PS5 begs to differ with your so called 4K HDR. I was mislead by the 4k HDR sticker on the front, as well as, the Bestbuy employee. I bought this tv in 2016.

This is my first Smart TV. Very impressed with it. I should really spend more time learning to use it because I'm sure I am under-utilizing it. I sometimes need my son to show me how to do some of the things I want done. Very pleased with this purchase.
