This TV looks very good, the audio is weak as others have said. Since the speakers are in the back, it's expected. I listen through a Bose stereo system so it's not a big deal. One of the issues is that the sleep feature is a real PIA to get to. On my old Sony the remote had a sleep button, now it's in the menu.

We,wanted to upgrade to a smart TV even though our plasma TV was in great working order. This TV is much slimmer and gives us access to apps like Netflix ,Amazon Prime Crackle and many others. Our only complaint is that these newer lighter TVs skimp on sound and a soundbar must be purchased to get quality volume.

I love my 55' Sony television. The young man who helped us was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. He explained he differences between all the different brands that you carry. He mand it easy to make my decision

I purchased a Sony 55 to go with the Bose 300 soundbar as I read about incompatibility. The top of the line Sony tv was a letdown. Very slow apps. Netflix would take 20 seconds plus to boot up every time so I traded for the Samsung. 100% better.

The TV picture quality is great, and the TV is very easy to navigate. The integrated Netflix is also a great feature. The only issue is the sound which is not nearly as good as my previous generation Sony. You really need to use a soundbar or audio system of some sort to get the full experience from the TV.

Excellent device for monitoring daily physical activities. I now have an awareness when I am faced with a "stress issue" to look at the "Heart. Rate" and step back to slow down, take deep breaths to form some tranquility within. GREAT FITNESS INDICATOR.

I have had SONY TV's for many years and consider them the best on the market. This one has the best picture ever and is really easy to operate through all the settings and options. SONY continues to surpass my exp citations with their TV products.

After research we narrowed down our choices. Received great help and advice from the Best Buy salesperson. He was spot on and with his recommendation. We are very happy with our choice - beautiful picture! Professional Geek Squad installation.

fast, up scales well, uses android tv which seems to be gaining traction rather than some standalone OS, picture quality is good, very very slight bleed but you don't notice it unless the room it literally dark, decent refresh rate for gaming

Love this Sony UHD TV for the quality, size and weight, however the motion settings, some of the automatic color and the true black settings "out of the box" are not idea for broadcast TV in my opinion. 24P material should not look like live 60P and it does unless you turn some of the auto settings off.

Really nice tv.. using it for ps4 pro and netflix 4k.. colors are nice and bright. Be sure if you are using 4k signal, change in settings the hdmi to enhanced to get full 4k signal

Must say that the help was exceptional.... Stan and George took care of me and answered all my tech questions and filled me in on the specs... this product and customer service were exceptional.....This will always be my Best Buy Store....

Geek Squad did a professional job with the installation. So far, have not encountered any problems. Compared with another older LED TV I have in another room, the Sony HD telecast was far superior even though they were only HD telecasts.

I got screwed out of my $100 or 10% for taking out a credit card. I have paid off the YV but the associate that wrote up the info listed two years same as cash knowing that the only reason I was taking the card was to get the $100 back!

Nice TV. Decent picture. Lots of bells and whistles. The sound quality is poor at best. Not what I expected fro Sony. I see why they have the sound bar connected. What you see is not always what you get. I don't think I would purchase I again.

Watched very little television so far. Got it for photo review and editing. It works okay for that, but text is fuzzier than I would prefer to see. Using a MacBook Pro to drive the monitor and is very compatible. It is great to have large screen real estate, but 55 inch is probably too big for my use.

This new Sony replaced an old 14 year unit. The new one has 4K and is able to stream movies, music, and television shows from the internet . Sound is very good and the picture is GREAT!! The unit does everything that I wanted it to do.

This TV was working find until now, it will take a very long time to start up after sitting overnight. When I hit the power it will have an annoying delay where it goes on then after awhile the android logo will appear then colored wheels then it will fire up. Sometimes I have to start it up again because it shuts down by itself? Never had that issue before, I use to hit power and it would take a few seconds to start up, no android logo or delay. The set is only 5 years old so it should not be having any problems. All my other sets lasted way over this time period!

Everything about this tv is great except sound output. The audio is very weak from bass to treble. I have to operate at 50% volume or more. Buying a surround sound system to compensate. That will cost more than the unit.

Really like the pic of this tv. The only issue I've had w it is that the sound has gone out 2x so far (had the tv about 45 days). It's an easy fix, unplug the power cord from tv and wait 60 seconds and plug it back in. Nothing major, just annoying when you buy a brand new, supposedly quality tv.
