I wanted a smart-TV for ease of streaming Amazon, Netflix, YouTube and this one delivers both in regular HD and 4K. TV width is right around 50" with 54" diagonal. I do not use the TV sound as I pump through my Denon 1507 receiver.

I bought the first TV as open box. Returned it because of spots in the corners. Second TV is much better. I can notice some backlight issues when white or green screens fill the TV. Screen looks great otherwise. Smart functions are good but do not replace a Roku, Apple TV, etc. Really light and thin.

The first tv we bought got it up turned it on and it had a line down the middle. Couldn't contact the store directly which is nuts it goes to a call center and have to transfer you. I did that and returned to the store and they were great about the exchange. The new one has been great so far.

Wonderful TV. Easy to use, excellent picture quality, easy to connect to my surround sound system. Every guy efficient. Really good deep ball blacks, super sharp picture. Definitely the best option on the market at the price

one of the best TV set I ever owned sync quite nicely with the Sony soundbar, my mac, GoPro, and the rest. Nice 4K resolution. Does not make breakfast yet but working on it!

The color on the TV is crisp and brillant. However, the arrows on the remote are to close together. Really have to pay attention when using.

My sons cheapo tv bit the dust. We had a Sony flat screen downstairs that we bought 11 years ago and still kicking. We put that one in his room and replaced it with this beautiful 55" works great. Sony is the only way to go.

Read many reviews pro and con before purchase. I have two complaints, remote needs upgrade and I'm turning into a couch potato. I strongly recommend this TV its excellent.

This Sony TV is the complete package for my entertainment needs. I am most impressed in the color intensity as most of my viewing are NFL games and NBA games. It is also very friendly in our use of Apple TV. Couldn't be happier.

Bought this tv in the 55" for a living room. Tv is just fine no complaints other than the black levels as always. I've done all the calibrations and it's always the same. If you need black blacks buy the lg oled. Just picked up a 65" two weeks after this purchase would buy again and again.

The Sony Bravia has the best picture of any tv I have looked at. I got this 55" to replace a 44" that was beautiful. I even liked watching football, because the colors were so vibrant and there is no streaking across the screen.

I love that I can conduct Google and YouTube searches by speaking into the mic on the remote. This TV is very thin and the speakers are adequate for a smaller room. In a quiet area. Otherwise, you should consider a sound bar.

Usually I go into this store and I never get any help with purchases. This time was great. One salesman took me around showed me the difference between the tv's. The good and bad. He was so patient. Great experience ever.

This is an awesome TV in terms of viewing experience. I wish there were more apps available, but everything else is great. It was fairly easy to set up and worth the effort. Make sure you have two people for setting things up.

The TV has a nice picture. The problem is that, as set up by the Geek Squad, it requires 4 different remotes to work. One is for the sound bar, one is for the TV itself, one is for the cable box and one is for the DVD player.

The 55" Sony smart TV has a great picture. The sales person was excellentl and walked me through the maze of choices. The only down side is that the documentation on the advanced features of the TV were all but non-existent.

Bought this tv as an "open box" product, but with the help of our sales guy at BestBuy he showed us all the bells & whistles that made this tv such a great deal! We've had it a little over a month and have been very happy!

Very nice features for this price. 55" was great size for our bedroom. Brilliant colors and beautiful brightness. Also compatible with all streaming services with a very nice and smooth interface. Good choice for Christmas!

Happy overall with my new Sony TV. Picture is great. The remote is small with buttons very close making it tricky to use. Good news it is used very little. Voice sound not the clearest at times. Will be looking at adding a sound bar on my next store visit if not a problem to hook up.

This is the Most Unique TV I could have Purchased . I had a amount I intended to Spend . But after speaking to the Sales Associate . I realize this TV was the ONLY TV I could Purchase . It was the most BANG FOR MY BUCK .
