The tv has awesome graphics. Only 2 downsides. It is very very confusing trying to set up the different setting to get the 4K picture. And the other is when you put it on the stand it doesn't stand up straight. The top is probably 4 inches further back than the bottom.

I just purchased a ps4 pro and It took a few youtube video to help enable 2160p RGB. My 4k experience with the ps4 pro is exceptional using the enchanced mode for signal output found in the sony HDR tv menu.

My wife and I purchased this TV for our bedroom and it is a very nice TV. Love the Android TV, BUT when compared to our XBR65X900E that we have in our living room there is NO comparison! These 2 TV's are not even in the same league. Hard to justify $600 more to bump our bedroom TV up to the 900E series, but still debating on returning and exchanging there IS THAT BIG OF A DIFFERENCE. The 850D is a nice TV and if you don't have an 900E, you wouldn't know how big of a difference there is in the 2 and would probably be very happy with this TV. I would recommend it to others based on the fact it is an all around nice 4K TV with a great wifi card, ANDROID TV rocks, the speakers are just ok but on par with most other flat screens.

Love this TV, has settings for every type of show/movie watching and the remote has a voice control almost like voice searching the Internet. Only wish the talking feature was more effective in its accuracy.

As soon as I tried out the TV, I noticed that the gray uniformity of dark images was horrible. While bright images looked amazing, as soon there were any dim areas on the screen, it would instantly become a cloudy mess. Because of this, I returned the TV the very next day (I knew this problem would drive me crazy). It is possible that the TV I purchased was defective, which might have been causing the issue. However, I did not get a replacement of the same model to find out if that was the case. Also, I had read reviews online that confirmed the gray uniformity problem was not unique to my TV.

IT A NICE TV. Had some problems at the beginning you have to sign in on goggle before tv works right and no one told us but Best Buy Sony rep was very helpful and manger very nice.Also sound bar does not work with spectrum remote so we have two remotes to use.

Professional people working at Stockton CA. Best Buy. They took time to show my son in law and me the TV and assist in buying my computer. Very happy customer!

I only got this for few days before returning it because the sale guy kept convincing me that Sony in 2016 beats Samsung. I brought it home and tried it for couple of days but ended up returning it right away and getting the Samsung 8500. i didn't like its colors and when tried it in games it was awful. the remote is basic style. i thought that android will provide a better experience but in reality Tizan software from samsung was way faster and smoother than this.. honest advise don't go for this one

My TV was delivered on schedule; but, the the tech never showed to set it up. We had to return to the Best Buy store to reshedule the set up. It was done four days later. The TV is working fine. No issues.

Super thin with a good picture, there was notable lag when playing games though. Exchanged for a Vizio that was 1/2 the cost, has a better overall picture, and no lag. (Though the Vizio is heavy and much thicker.)

I went in to buy the Samsung but they were sold out the salesperson talked me in to the Sony. And it is a great looking tv don't see how the Samsung could have been any better. I made the right choice.

I have the 65" big brother to this TV and, honestly, that one impresses me more. Maybe it's because this one is smaller so you don't notice the resolution as much. I like, don't get me wrong, but I'm not sure it's a huge upgrade over my old 50" 1080p Sony.

Great 55" for the price. I would recommend this product. Even went on sale 200. more a week after purchasing, they gave me the extra discount after calling. Good job Best Buy. It was either the Samsung or the Sony. You could not go wrong wither either.

I brought this TV home and had it up and running in about 30 minutes. Turned it on and began watching. TV is awesome!

I love the clarity. I only purchase Sony TV's. You'll pay a little bit more but you will get your moneys worth. I just wish I had gotten the 65" inch.

I bought this TV knowing that Sony makes quality products. I haven't been disappointed at all. This TV is a quality product worth every bit of the research I put into it. You won't be disappointed!

Issue is with sound bar purchased with this tv as it is not easily compatible and took my son and husband too much time to figure out. Best Buy had horrible customer service so we figured out a way to make work. This is our last our purchase with Best Buy.

This Sony Bravia 4K UHD HDR tv is a great tv with all the amenities of the most expensive tvs but at a fraction of the price. I would recommend this tv to anyone who is looking to buy a new one.

We purchased the 55" Sony 4K Smart TV. So far we are happy with the product. Because 4K is so new, there is not a lot of 4K items to view on the TV. Eventually, all product lines will catch up.

We were looking for a good 4K tv glad we chose the Sony. Their video quality is industry standard and better than competitors. Sound isn't great but adding a sound bar with 4K would compliment.
