This is a great tv that is user friendly. Also one of the few 4k tvs that has a cable hook up. My only complaint is the sound. For a great tv it is lacking there. So its a excuse to get a great sound bar. But I would buy again for sure.

I wanted a 55" TV for my home office. I was watching this item and it went on the Daily Deal when I bought it. Have had it for many months now. Like that it is android, is 120hz, 4k, built in Chromecast. Only hooked up to an HD antenna and a network cat 5 line. Great product.

This new TV exceeded my every expectation. The color is so real and the picture is so sharp, its like being at a live performance.

I had previously purchased the Sony 49 inch 60 htz tv for the master bedroom. three days later and after a few movies and cowboy games watching it. I had box it it right up and brought it back to bedtbuy and paid the difference for this 55 inch Sony 120 htz tv. Hudge difference, I am very happy with it quality and picture is night and day the 120 htz refresh rate makes a big difference and is worth the extra money. I would strongly suggest this tv to anyone who's looking for a great tv...(yes you can buy or go cheaper but remember you get what you pay for). Again I am very happy and pleased with this tv and strongly recommend this tv.

Love using the system. Really intuitive, everything from set up to daily use. Voice recognition is very accurate. All my streaming easy to get to and use. Picture is fantastic

The Tv is great for the price! It's curve helps to be able to see the picture from the side. Vibrant colors! Great picture quality!!

Love the TV. Great picture and easy to set up. Speakers aren't great but attached a sound bar to it and worked perfectly. Remote is very easy to program with cable (fios)

This is my first tv for my bed room and it is amazing i am super happy and the image quality is so great i love the 4k technology

Amazing how clear and detailed this picture is. The ability to move between the different applications is very easy. Glad I paid extra to have everything set up by Geek techs

TV has a beautiful picture. I only wish there had been more information about how to set it up. I'm 65 and not as tech savvy as I wish. There was not a cord included that I needed to complete the setup and hook it to the cable box but other than those thing it's a great set. Needs more instruction for your average person.

I'm really satisfied with the tv so far. Picture looks sharp and crisp. I mostly use this for gaming. According to the benchmark found on Rtings, the input lag is a bit on the higher side but imho i haven't noticed any major difference. I mostly play single players so input lag doesn't effect my gameplay but I do play multiplayer occasionally like Halo, cod, and fortnite and I haven't noticed any input lag. It's a good buy for sure.

My first new modern tv purchase and I'm very happy. I picked the right one. The pictures are amazing and the color is great.

Time was right for a new TV. I prefer to embrace what is the newest so that it remains "new" as long as possible. The TV is wonderful, no complaints but 4K broadcast is nearly non existent. We use DIRECTV which does have limited 4K content. Directv came and updated system to accommodate the Sony unit. All well for 10 days. Then all TV blocked with dialog about "content Protection". All smart programs( Netflix,etc) came in. Called Directv - all their equipment ok and up to requirements. Two actual service calls. Last guy said I was caught in a "technology crack" and problem was between Sony and Program Owners (Piracy Protection). Still working with Sony on Internet and reinstalled a Directv non 4K box to watch a beautiful TV. Bottomline - 4K ain't there yet!

We upgraded from a 15 year old Sony Trinitron 32" tv. Needless to say, this our first foray into HD television and we couldn't be more pleased. We would highly recommend this product. The images from HD cable tv, our blu ray player, and the smart tv function are outstanding. I watch a lot of sports and the refresh is very good with very little noticeable blurry ness. The smart tv interface is very good, although the keyboad function is not optimal. Voice command, however is excellent. The Geek Squad installed and set up the tv, blu ray, and Sony sound bar/subwoofer. Highly recommend this service.

Sony does it again with a great TV. Tv has a great picture and is super slim. Hung it on the wall with a $25 cheetah mount from amazon! Very happy with the purchase!

It's been about 5 yrs since purchasing a tv, so I needed to upgrade! I did look at Best Buys website to decide which tv would fit my budget in the right size. I then checked to see if it was available at my local store, which it was. The salesperson was so informative & I'm glad I spent time looking at them in person. This model was on sale so I saved quite a bit. This new tv has a great picture, so sharp! It has led lights, which I had to adjust down because it was just too bright at night. Everything is adjustable & I'm so pleased with the quality of the picture. Wow! What a difference!!!

Works well. Remote is far from ideal. The interface is not ideal. Pic quality is good, not amazing as expected from Sony. Packaged well. Chromecast, Netflix, You tube works well. Remote-voice recognition works well.

I'm not an aficionado, but I wanted a tv that was somewhat future-proof. I was also concerned about gaming performance and the X850D was the best cost/performance trade-off for the metrics that matter to me. The picture is great. The one gripe I have is that it drops my network connection (assuming it's not TWC hardware causing the problem). So if the kids want to watch netflix, I have to spend 20 seconds going to settings and connecting to my network. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
