Not an expert but the overall quality has been great to date. I'm sure technical experts will find flaws but overall it was easy to wall mount, easy to start up, connected to Internet flawlessly and has an excellent picture with no noticeable judder or color distortions. Bravia sync with an older SonyES receiver a bit slow but it all works. Was happy enough to buy the 65" version for another room. That's working great too.

I had my other 55 in for about 2 years so I figured it was time for an update. I'm talking about resolution, shape, and a product that could eliminate the need for other that would moot equipment. So I spent a few months researching back and forth between different types of tv and brands. I finally settled on this one, it's my first SONY tv and I'm not disappointed in my decision. It is literally night and day in the differences of the new and old. I would suggest the tv and switching brands altogether!

I love this TV. Color is beautiful. Sound is ok, but that is expected from a flat screen. Customer service was excellent and very informative. After an associate recommended this TV based on my criteria, I went home and did some research. Very high reviews on multiple websites. I decided to take the plunge and buy the TV. I am also a big fan of Sony products. Do yourself a favor and buy this TV if you are in the market. PS: 1 week after the purchase, I saw the TV selling for $100 less than the price I paid. Went back to Best Buy and they honored there pledge to price match and they credited my account the $100.00. Great job Best Buy and Sony!

Awesome tv. Don't have to worry if my kids are jumping around and kit it. Screen doesn't crack. Color is wonderful. Sound is even better.

Super nice picture. Easy to use softwear for browsing through the apps. I’ve had zero issues with this smart tv.

I'm so pleased with the vibrant color of the tv. Set up was easy, but I did have a few problems hooking it up to my sound system. My husband can't wait for NASCAR season to begin!

Wanted to try out the 4K television. I have been very happy with it. A very clear picture and I have absolutely loved watching sports on it. I can't wait for football season to start.

This television has a great picture and is user friendly for connecting to internet and connecting to Amazon, utube, and others. Also has voice commands

I have not purchased a new TV in about 10 years. This TV was a great pick. Easy set-up, slim design, and great picture quality!

I purchased a new 4K TV from another big box store on Black Friday but wasn't happy with it. I returned it and went to Best Buy and ended up talking to from the store who was very helpful and knowledgeable who explained the differences in various models at different price points. I was originally looking at some other brands (Samsung/Vizio) but am very happy I decided to go with this model. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and with the TV and Sony SA-NT5 surround bar I bought to go with it.

Goes above and beyond with manufacturing quality and picture quality. Very easy to setup and navigate. Glad I purchased this product!

this tv was a huge upgrade for us - the one we were using previously was a 30" "flat screen" (about 15 years or so old from when flat screens were first coming out), and it feels like we upgraded to something magical. super user friendly, AMAZING picture quality - we even have seen an improvement in streaming quality has improved due to the tv's top of the line tech. we're also gamers, and this TV has been great for picture quality, frame rate, etc when using both an Xbox 360 and PS4. highly recommend!

The set has a wonderful picture but, perhaps it's just for us seniors, has a couple of quirks: first, an occasional screen warning pops up that we can't dismiss ("guide is not working" is one) and then recently it wouldn't shut off until we'd tried for 20 minutes. The Sony rep said that's the set updating itself but we wish someone had told/warned us about that when it was set up. Otherwise, it's a wonderful choice--great picture quality with our cable--and we love having YouTube available on it.

First of all I think this is one of sonys best tv I actually love the tv and I love the fact that is 4K and the price was good!!

The picture is terrific...some of the things that are strange though are the set turns off for no reason at times and starts up a again a few minutes later after showing some graphics for a couple minutes. I don't understand why this is happening. Also...when I turn the set on...sometimes it comes on and other times it won't and I need to press the on button again. If the button is pressed multiple times to turn it on....this can get tricky and some prompts will show up on the screen that I have no idea what they're talking about while the set is searching itself to turn on....this could take 5 mins sometimes?

True quality color and picture. 4K takes you to next dimension. A little getting used to at first, a more theatre experience.

good picture and sound quality. lots of features. i think the menus and general navigation of them is overly complicated. price was a little high compared to other brands.
