I had a Sony Bravia and thought it was wonderful; I went to this larger, newer version and it is even better, due to all of the streaming abilities, larger screen, etc. The quality of the picture is amazing, and there is never any of the streaking effect I see on other TVs when someone or something is moving really fast. Instead, I have a perfect picture every time. I am thrilled!

I have a medium size living room and the 55 inch is perfect size for it. I have 2 Samsung 1080 tvs that are about 1 year old and this 4K with dynamic range blows them away. Having 4 hdmi comes in handy and it also has 2 usb for my music. I like the remote control better than the Samsung, it just flows better. I've had it for 3 weeks and I'm still blown away with the picture.

Our entire experience with this 4K TV has been great. The set up of the TV was straightforward. It comes with a really impressive, solid stand. The colors are bright and vibrant. The on screen display is very easy to use. It has great smart TV apps built into the TV that are ready to use. I would surely recommend this TV to anyone interested in buying a state of the art 4K TV.

I had bought a cheaper 4K tv on black Friday and was not satisfied with it's quality. I went to Best Buy seeking help on picking a better one and was shown this one. It was considerably more money than the original but I had realized that would be the case. But it was far from the most expensive. It met all of my wants and expectations. I've had it almost 2 months and love it.

No complaints here. Lightweight, great picture. I wasn't too sure about the "high dynamic range," etc. but you can definitely tell the difference. Integration with Netflix is awesome. Seems like it takes longer than it should to start up. Once it randomly restarted on its own - odd. But overall, an excellent tv. I bought it based on the reviews online and help from a BB employee.

I had a Samsung and not even a year in the Wi-Fi stopped working, then the smart feature stopped totally. Needless to say $800 went down the tubes. I had a Sony for 6 years with no issues but had gotten a Samsung due to the price. Time to go back to Sony. And glad I did!! This thing has a beautiful picture and looks awesome with my Sony PlayStation. Highly recommended!!

Purchased this Sony TV for my bedroom and I simply love it. Its color's are amazing. It is slim, lightweight and has a very attractive appearance. It has fast response and I have no complaints. I paired it with a Yamaha sound bar easily and couldn't be more pleased. I read all the positive and negative reviews and have had a great experience. It is amazing at a great price.

I went into bestbuy to buy the Samsung curved 4k started talking with. Sales about true 4k and a true 120 refresh rate this tv did all of it and one thing I will say is the quality is amazing with.no lag in the picture at all another thing is think who actually makes movies Samsung nor lg or Vizio screen movies for theaters but Sony does just think about that for a sec

My cable company upgraded their service so, in attending to new equipment, I got the new TV bug. The space I had fit a 55" class so I went out looking at that class. Best Buy crew was especially helpful in explaining the various performance acronyms and why the Sony appeared to have more realistic color rendering than the Samsung or LG. I was particularly interested in the 240 refresh rate for better fast motion resolution when watching sports and this was double the rate of most of the other featured brands. On my second day looking, the 850D model came down $100 in price so I grabbed the deal. The unpacking and set up was generally very clear and easy to follow. I took me about two hours from opening the box to watching TV. Pairing remotes was fairly easy and I use both the Sony and the cable remotes at various times. The picture couldn't be better for this level of quality! Color and brightness can be adjusted to several platforms or individually if you want but we are not overly fussy about the subtleties so we have two or three settings we always use all the time. All in all we are very pleased with this Sony model and Best Buy service. So far, in the holiday season, we haven't seen a better price for this model so we are very pleased that we purchased a very good quality TV at the best price yet.

This tv is my dream tv,I was waiting for the right time to buy at a decent price,the 4k quality is amazing,great sound with my home theater,I enjoy all my music,movies and regular tv shows all the time.The android feauture allows you to download so many apps,is a huge amazing world to explore,I strongly recommend this 3 year consecutive tv winner to anyone.Luv it!!!!!

I purchased the TV to replace an old burn out TV. I spent weeks of research and thought I had it all figured out until I went to Best Buy and the sales agent gave me more information on the product I intended to buy and this TV, which is what I actually bought. The clarity is amazing, options with internet connection are useful. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
