Been a Sony fan forever ....read/researched a bunch of stuff on Samsung, and went into BB to make a Samsung church...BUT, I passed by the Sony 4K and was stuck in my steps....I knew it immediately...I HAD to have it...and, oh boy....it is beautiful....nothing like it!!! Go Sony 4K!

The TV was so easy to setup my kids completed it before I could finish a snack. I grabbed a quick snack after we got back from Best Buy. My daughter setup the apps, WiFi connections, and connection to the sound bar all within 15 minutes after setup. We are enjoying the TV so much.

A 4k HDR 55 inch TV at this price point is hard to beat. So far we've been enjoying this thing. We're not hardcore into movies or anything, we just watch whenever there's a big event live or when we have people came over. This TV is a very good choice for the amount you paid for.

Improving visual acuity directly results in an enhanced visual experience. This TV with it's new technology does just that. The colors are vivid, the image is sharp improving the enjoyment quotient. Now the content providers must keep pace by streaming/relaying 4k content programs.

There is nothing not to like about this TV.Everyone who sees this TV is amazed at the realistic picture quality.I am not qualified to speak of the technical aspects as for me the picture is all that matters,combined with the Sony soundbar I am enjoying watching TV more than ever.

So far our new Sony HD 55" TV is great. The size was perfect for our room. The color is outstanding. We hooked it up to a Bose sound system and it is working in harmony. We used the Geek service to set it up, it was a great decision on our part. Would definitely recommend this TV

I bought one of these for my living room. Set-up was easy. With smart TV's there is usually a software update from the manufacturer and after the update it's been working fine. I needed another one for a vacation home and didn't want to relearn anything so I bought a 2nd Sony.

Great TV. Many compliments, but terrible - no manual. Really like picture and my first smart TV, but I am sure that I am missing many viewing opportunities and possible improvements because there is NO documentation. I don't know if there are settings based upon what you are watching that can improve great performance even more like sports settings etc.

Had a few problems to start with, In fact the first TV had to be exchanged, it kept displaying error messages and freezing, glad I went with the Geek Squad installation as both Best Buy Geek Squad were great in facilitating the replacement set 5 Stars to both of them . The replacement is a different story..... great picture and so far no problems.

Purchased this TV on opening day of football season. What a difference it made watching the game. It almost seemed like you were right there on the field with the players. We may need to add sound speakers and sub woofer to go with it. You need the sound to be as big as the picture.

I've had a few HD TV's over the last 12 years, and this Sony is without a doubt the best purchase I've made regarding HD television. Clear, crisp picture, incredible flexibility, fantastic features, are all worth their weight in value with this Sony product. Take your time, look around, but always come back for a second evaluation. You will be amazed.

The Geek Squad was outstanding. They were quick and thorough and extremely professional.

Not only is it a very rich looking tv but the picture quality is excellent and the sound (I also purchased a sound bar) is outstanding. I also had the components set up by the geek squad and the tech took all the time I Ned to understand not only it's operation but also how to remedy some common operating errors. Great equipment from a great vendor.

I've had this TV for a few months now. I have honestly had no problems with it and can't think of anything negative to say so I'd give it a full 5 stars. It's not super amazing but I never and you should never expect a TV to be at the this price. It's just a really good TV

After discovering Panasonic isn't in the LED business, decided to go with a Sony. This is a great TV. Vibrant picture and color. Works great with my UVerse. Some channels that broadcast in the enhanced resolution come through better than others, but all of them are excellent.

The set up was flawlessly intuitive. We had it up and running in under 20 minutes. The picture quality is great. The only thing that could be improved is overall sound quality. It's good, but not great. I hooked up a pair of high end computer speakers and that did the trick.

This was a great purchase. It has a gorgeous picture. We are very pleased with our new living room TV.

Returned a new Samsung and got this instead due to good picture quality even when viewed off to the side. The initial set-up was a little difficult but we eventually got things working, including Netflix, a DVD blue ray player and a DVR. Sound is acceptable without adding speakers.

Excellent picture quality. Good sound. Android tv is bit slow but okay for me to navigate. All my cannot use in other RV's are available in my Sony android tv. Kodi is the most wanted app for me and I finally got it with the tv itself. In built chrome cast is a surprise.
