Excellent TV at a great price. Picture quality is as good as I've seen. Been buying Samsung for the last couple of TV purchases, but decided to go back to Sony and am not disappointed. Good price and fast friendly delivery and setup service

Amazing picture great connection options-physically perfect. But Sony screws things up with their software. I can't get Acorn on this tv while our Ruko tv's have no such problems. And then there are the auto updates for android. Annoying.

So far the TV has been all that I had hoped for. Still have a problem with the different settings, but sure things will straighten out for me eventually. (I'm 73) I have purchased Sony Products for many years and have not been let down yet

Great price for a TV that delivers this kind of picture and color. I like the way the Sony sound bar and Bluetooth wireless subwoofer interface with the TV and make it sound great. I got this 55-inchTV for our bedroom and it is great.

Did a fair amount of comparison on TV's in this size range; would have preferred a 60" but it wasn't offered and couldn't justify the cost to go up to 65". Very happy with TV - bright, clear picture; a definite difference from just HD.

We took delivery of our television just before the Olympics and enjoyed the spectacular opening ceremonies to the closing ones. Nature shows such as Planet Earth and National Geographic specials are visual delights. We ar totally pleased.

First off I'd like to see I did read a bunch of reviews are a bunch of different 4K TVs before making my decision in store . What helped me make my ultimate decision on the TV was the gun store associate believe his name is Brand what helped me make my ultimate decision on the TV was the Best Buy store associate I believe his name was Branden. ( can't recall and doesn't say in my receipt ) Helps a lot when the associate knows what he's talking about I can fully give you great recommendation because he also uses the same TV at home . The Associate went through and showed me how to do the picture adjustments thete on the store display model as I've never owned a 4K smart TV before wasn't sure on how to go about doing it. solid information solid demonstrations I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Great TV, the only thing I have an issue with is the remote.

We have mostly Sony tvs and love them. Haven't had any issues

This set is great. From gaming to watching movies everything looks 10x better. I came from an Vizio 2015 M class 4K set to this Sony...and let me tell ya I will never look back.

I made this purchase recently and really enjoy the new picture. However, be aware that connections to the direct tv 4k box no longer allow analog to sound system amps. I needed to purchase a new amp to connect audio through the tv.

Was a bit worried with the 55", due to the size of the room (20' x 20') but it fits and looks perfect. Upscale is impressive from the get go, using Comcast Xfinity HD (which if I am not mistaken is only 720P). Wife noticed the difference from Old TV (Hitachi Plasma) right away. Also researched Samsung and LG, but dollar for dollar, the features this TV has vs others was unparalleled for my needs. Good Upscale, Crisp Colors, Sound is acceptable (but did purchase HTCT390 for movies), ease of setup and use. Haven't used all the features like the built-in Netflix. Was NOT able to get remote to work with Comcast Xfinity box to use only 1 remote, but overall very happy. Waiting a few weeks (burn in) to bring Geek Squad in for calibration, brother did it and it's worth every penny!

I was going between this TV and comparable Samsung version; however, Sony still has much better quality. The picture quality is very saturated and I don't need to use speakers with this TV since the sound is of excellent quality

This TV has a great picture, and the smart TV does so much you don't even tell it you want to watch a dvd you put it in the player and it automatically recognizes, now I don't need a firestick either because this tv does it all

Good resolution with high quality pictures. Adequate input options on the back panel. Good apps options especially for Youtube. The only improvement is a better menu for using various option, especially which is for what situation.

The problem with 4K tvs, of course, is that there is little 4K content to watch. Netflix has some shows in ultra hd but to be honest I see very little difference between that and regular HD. I guess I was expecting to be blown away by the additional resolution but was underwhelmed. The 4K demos on the TVs in the store are a little more of a distinguishable upgrade from regular HD, so maybe they need to give out some of those demo videos! Overall, this is a good product and I'm satisfied. I generally go with Sony because they have good products, but they are definitely more expensive. I believe you get just as decent a product from Samsung at a more reasonable price.

Good product Good Sales support Lot of options Keep it up

I originally had intentions to purchase a Samsung. But after doing more research, I found this 4K Sony to have the color and motion quality I was looking for at a better price point. I am very pleased and would recommend this TV.

Sony 850 is an excellent tv for the money!! Great picture , view from any angle. The smart capabilities are a little limited but it's has the ones I need. The sound is fair , overall it's a great TV I will recommend it to anyone !!

I really like the TV. I still am trying to figure out everything about it. I am having some problems with having to soft start it several times. It could be my router is outdated. Otherwise, the picture is beautiful. I don't like that it is not compatible with Amazon Music or Comcast as apps.
