This TV is perfect. 4k, HDR and so much more, the features like the tv channels are great. all you need is internet and you get over 100 free pluto.tv channels some in 4k.

I like the picture quality and also the ease of getting to Nextflix without going through another device. Switching from TV to Nextflix is very easy. And I love this remote.

I went to Best Buy to buy a 4k Samsung and after speaking with a Best Buy salesman amd seeing the Sony picture, I bought it. That was about 4 months ago. It's a great TV. I did hook up a speaker, because the only downside is that it's sometimes hard to hear dialogue on the TV speaker.

I needed to replace My Panasonic Plasma TV that had died. I watch movies and sports and wanted a TV that had a quality picture. To my eyes I liked the Sony in a side by side comparison with a Samsung of equal price range.

Great clarity and setup was easy. Excellent Wifi connection. It seems to do everything better than all of the past Samsung products, bar none. Side angle viewing is excellent. Sales lady was very professional and knew her stuff.

Very happy with our choice. The clarity of the picture cannot be beat! Better than average motion. Good speakers. 4K is the way to go!

I HAVE BEEN A FAN OF SONY TVS FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS. I HAVE ABOUT 4 SONY TVS AND NONE OF THEM HAVE GIVEN ME ANY ISSUES. GREAT PICTURE AND GREAT QUALITY. THIS TV IS AN UPGRADE FROM MY OTHER TVS WHICH ARE ALL ABOUT 6 YEARS OLD.

Great picture, but noticing very dark video with streaming sources especially, particularly dark if you are seated off center. Changed some settings as recommended by Sony, better but not perfect. Sound from internal speakers good enough that I don't use my surround receiver.

Bought this tv to replace our Samsung. It is super thin, excellent quality...like all flat screen TV's don't plan on good sound; but that was too be expected. Remote control works well. Free delivery was quick and professional.

I love this TV. You can read specs so there is no need for me to regurgitate them to you. It looks amazing above a fireplace and watching a live sporting event on this TV is an awesome experience. 10/10. 11/10 with rice.

Amazing tv with amazing motion, HDR, Color, and android operating system! I loved my 55" so much that I ended up buying my parents the similar 49" 800D, and my girlfriend the same exact 55" 850D! Amazing purchase!

This is an awesome TV it upscales to 4k and also can add your google account to it and run it like android. you also can buy directly the 4K content and play directly from the TV. Great buy excellent picture, will recommend.

This tv has a great picture and I love the android tv. 55 inch is the perfect size for my living room. The only thing I don't like is they tv won't work with wireless headphones. Overall though I highly recommend this 4K tv.

The tv looks great. The only thing I didn't like is when I'm watching a movie where there is dark scenes. Like the movie Fury when they are inside the tank. The dark scenes are horrible. I calibrate the tv and still suck. The tv also has light leak, no extremely bad but it makes you wonder why a tv that cost 1,400 have this issues right out of the box? I didn't returned it because I didn't want to hustle of taking it back in the box and drive one hour away. I love the android build in. Also I wish the will make this tv a 3D capable in the next firmware update. The X850C was 3D and how about an update to correct the darkness and contrast problem with this tv. Before you buy this tv check out the Samsung tvs. Don't let the sales person try to push you for the Sony Tvs.

Not too bad. Slim profile, Sony Android TV (replaces my no longer supported Sony Google TV), but I generally use a Roku 4k and apple Tv primarely for Apps. There is some discrepancy about the embedded Google Cast. Is it 4k or not? Can't get a clear answer. Also, the HDMI inputs are causing me problems - not recognizing attached devices one moment and disappearing the other. Sony tells me that I may need to restore the TV to factory settings. I'm a bit disappointed in the quality and service of Sony. They used to be sharper and have highest standards. Their tech support was less than stellar - meaning without definitive solutions......Tv remote button operations tend to freeze. All updates supposedly have been done. Be wary and ask all questions before jumping in.

The vivid color and life like picture is great. The only thing that would make this picture any better is the characters literally sitting next to you in your living room, or a bigger screen that I don't have room for.

I have never enjoyed a TV picture more than this one...we have been shopping for a TV for years and this is the best picture I have ever found. We watch sporting events and movies on the TV and feel like we are there.

Such a great TV i love when it adjust to the dark of the movie or Game. It also has great sound if you do not get the sound bar and if it sounds quiet. all you need to do is play with the settings for what you like.

Beautiful TV! one of the greatest pictures, especially with 4k content! Only complaint I have is that when I am watching a show, and it gets to a really dark scene, I can see the backlight in the corners, which is distracting for me, especially for spending over $1,000 for it.
