We had a space that we needed the right size TV to fill the space. We have purchased Sony for the last twenty years. Have always been pleased with the performance.

I love the picture from the TV. However, I am not able to hook up thru the browser Amazon Music or Xfinity because they are not compatible with Sony. Sony customer service is great to help with any set up problems.

Again, Sony doesn't disappoint. This is my 4th Sony and honestly they're the only TV I'll buy! Amazing picture quality for the price. A definite must purchase.

The way this TV takes regular 1080p HD and upscales it is a joy within it self. Sony has always had one of the best processors in their TVs and if yu are shopping around for a 4K that is the way to go. It shows an upgraded contrast level and gives you a more true realistic upgraded 4K picture than what the other top brands would. Most of the other brand top of the line tv's give you a picture of colors that you will most likely never see with you own eyes. I would definitely tell my close friends and family to buy this model or whatever is the current years model of this 850 series.

Very satisfied, I'm sure I made the right choice in Sony, I' very happy & enjoying my new Sony 4K Ultra HD with high Dynamic Range- Black & would highly recommend it!

Pictures are excellent, including fast moving sports scenes. no blurring football. Now all the Texans need is a quarterback like Peyton Manning or Tom Brady. LOL!

Bought both a 65 and 55 at the same time. Simple set up and I have flawless picture quality in family and bonus rooms. The slim panel and bezel design look great.

The colors are out of this world. Not to compare with what I had before. Better than real. The sound could be better though. The built in speaker is not the greatest. Would have expected something better for the money

There's no other tv besides Sony. Had my last one for 8 years and look forward to this one for the next 8. The picture is so very clear and the colors are perfect.

I was a little bit uneasy with my first purchase of a smart TV, however I feel this Sony was the perfect choice. It has ultra clear picture crisp sound HD quality is awesome. Looking forward to football season.

We were in the market for a new tv. We have always enjoyed the quality of Sony tv's in the past. This one did not disappoint! The color & clarity are wonderful!!

From the opening of the box to complete set up, there's been no problems. All that denotes a five star package is there. Looking forward to years of satisfaction.

Clarity of picture is great, no complaints other than the sound goes off every time I change the channel and doesn't come back on for approximately 10-15 seconds, so we miss what's being said during that time.

Great picture and we love the smart ability. Connects so easily to Netflix. Also like the seamless way it works with the Blu-ray player. This TV is wonderful!

I am very pleased with the picture quality, viewing angles and functionality. I am slightly disappointed in the amount of glare if the sun is shining through the window. It is noticeable but not a deal breaker.

Isiah in the San Angelo store showed us this 55" Sony and we needed a larger screen TV in our bedroom and this really filled our expectations. Great job Isiah

Has inbuilt chromecast, Android OS is present so I could install all the apps on it. Comes preinstalled with a few basic apps. Great picture quality! Loved it

Excellent tv! Internet connected right away to allow for even more entertainment from apps that you can select from a given list. Picture quality is excellent.

Great pic, but certainly not as seen in the store because obviously cable providers aren't feeding 4k. 1080 is the most I get to the tv and it's cool, I don't think its fully scaled up to 4k but it good enough.

I have been wanting to purchase a 55" TV and I am so glad I got this Sony, I love it. Has a lot of features and apps that I use on my android phone, so happy :-)
