Store sales person spent a lot of time answering questions. Only dissatisfaction was that we had wanted the Samsung TV that was on display, but learned that it was not available from any store and the rep could not even say if Best Buy would get anymore. We offered to buy the floor model and were told we couldn't - just in case they did get more! That's crazy. Don't display something that isn't available. We almost walked.
