This is a great product from a great company. I love how the video processor and the HDR work on this TV. Material from Netflix gets up-scaled very nicely and looks even cleaner that it already is. Also, the thing that I loved the most was that I can watch my own 4K movies using any USB drive, I just copy the files from my PC to the USB drive and I can start watching them on the TV without problems right away. No cons yet.

Sony has never let me down, and this is another great product. Speakers are a little weak for my preference, but a inexpensive sound bar livens things up fast. Wanted to go Samsung, but when I saw them side by side, I had to go Sony again. Plus the Sony offers more media connection options as the comparable Samsungs only offered HDMI. Sorry but I still play vintage video games and have other older equipment in use.

We have been trying to use chromecast and, like many others in message boards, are having issues. We can't seem to make it work. Plus, for some odd reason, having the wifi through the tv itself sometimes overrides the wifi coming for the house and the router has to be reset. The tv itself is great and clear and light. Access to Netflix and other tie ins is great. Just gotta figure out how to overcome the mirroring issue (for those who don't plan to use the tv for this purpose, consider the tv itself a five star)

This tv has a great picture when you watch HD channels or BlueRay disc. The sound quality needs some improvement, but it works well.

I love watching movies on this tv and playing games. The colors are bright and the blacks are perfect you don't see weird dark images

This television replaced my 3-D Sony. The colors are so vibrant and clarity is exceptional.

Great price for quality on this one. Features won't be fully utilized because cable tv isn't ready for it. PS4 looks great in 4K!

Wonderful clarity on picture tube no problems what so ever

Blu-Rays look really good. Antennae TV doesn't look any better than on a 1080p TV. The Smart TV features are nice, but the apps kind of stink. They have issues loading content, and I'm constantly having to log back in with my cable provider. I have no 4K content, so I can't speak to how that looks. The picture definitely degrades when viewing at an angle. Remote is mediocre at best. I only bought 4K for future-proofing.

I moved up from a 4 yr old 48" Sharp that had a great pic but as soon as I set this Sony up, which for a non techy guy was easy, I could see the difference. The Smart features have reduced my cable time to watching the local news and I have become a Netflix and Amazon junkie. My only complaint would be the remote control design, no backlight for the keys and the small pause/stop/play buttons near the bottom.
