Great TV, great features. Paid a goodly sum for the Geek Squad to set up the TV and Sony sound bar in same 1day trip. Shocked when I was informed I wouldn't be able to change channels on the TV with the Sony supplied remote but had to continue to use DirecTV remote used with previous 2 yr. old TV. I have yet to receive a reasonable/logical explanation on why I cannot use the Sony supplied remote to change. channels. I would have rated the TV a 5 but the PAID installation service is a huge disappointment

I love the new TV, colors are great and the definition is surprising good for the money.

I like that this tv has android. I have had to perform some hard resets due to netflix not loading. After I reset it, itworks like it's supposed to. Only complaint I have is the whole screen brightens up when lighter shades come on the screen while displaying darker backgrounds. This is not a deal breaker, but it is annoying. These two complaints are why I didnt give it five stars. I like virtually everything else about this unit. Love the 4k display.

What a change to go from our 10-year-old Sony DLP to this beauty! We love the rich colors, the smooth motion flow (great for football), the sharp images all the way to the edge of the screen, the easy access to our subscription services. It hooked up easily to our Vizio sound bar, too. Our sales assistant was super helpful and gave us his card for any additional questions. A great experience at Best Buy!

This TV is the thinnest at this price range, with 4K and HDR, the image quality is great.

I've had a difficult time for weeks now(and no help from instructions books) on how to watch the various movie formats I have for the best quality. I keep trying video settings and some work better than others depending on the 4K/Bluray/DVD/VHS. One Bluray will look great on a setting and the next only fair. My computer looks fine and my old S550 bluray player gives me a better picture than the $300 Ultra HD player I just had to buy. We're stuck with each other so I hope we grow up together.

Really like this TV. Great picture and upscaling capability. Gaming is very good also.

I have been waiting for my 32" Bravo to go out and it wouldn't. You will love this.

First HDTV was a SONY (2007) still works great but we added a Samsung 50" about three years ago and it died in October. Went back to SONY XBR55X850D and couldn't be happier the picture is more than much better than the Samsung. Only complaint is there are all kinds of features and capabilities but the documentation (available on line) is very weak. I'll struggle with that for the best picture in town.

I'm very happy with the TV. The picture is great and the smart features are easy to use.
