You have to point the remote directly at the television - even the slightest angle and it won't work. On occasion, it also has trouble with inputs. Switching from Netflix to tv can result in a blank screen (cable input) and it has suddenly dropped the signal from my Xbox while playing (turning the tv off and on again will fix this)

And...the Best Buy sales person was extremely helpful. The 2160 p that he recommended...wow factor! The Geek Squad put the stand together, mounted & set up smart TV, configured the sound bar/sub woofer, blu ray player, and cable...ALL with 1 remote! Quality products with quality service. Great holiday pricing, too.

The only issue I have is that the TV may become unresponsive sometimes while going from Youtube back to some other App or TV. Android's tying/text keyboard is quite bad as well. Also the sound quality is not as good as one would hope for. You may need a sound bar. Overall picture quality is fantastic and I love it so far.
