The salesperson, Zack K, helped me find this model. 4 HDMI inputs was important. Delivery went fine and was FREE. The internet apps and voice control worked fine, right out of the box. This TV was wall mounted and one has to be careful with how thin the TV is. I pull on the TV mount arms and not the TV.

An Excellent TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I researched the Sony TV. Compared it to the Samsungs and Visios. Chose Sony. Not disappointed. The SmartTV apps work well. They are not clunky. Sony has a "level-sound" feature where the commercials do NOT get super loud. I "think" this has it. I say, I "think" because I did not have to set it up, and it appears to be level-sound out of the box. A very, very nice picture.

"Ok" TV

It is a nice TV--nothing spectacular and overpriced. I replaced an 8 year old Sony Bravia. First purchased a cheaper 4K Samsung--picture not vivid enough, then an LG--nice picture, but very slow. Neither the Samsung nor the LG had the speed to keep up with my son's gaming needs. All in all you can't beat a Sony TV.

Looked at a lot of televisions before I decided on this Sony set. Yes I would gladly recommend this fifty-five inch television to my friends and neighbors. I always like to purchase televisions from Best Buy! Thank you for your help and service!

Fantastic TV for the price

I mainly use the 4K content with my PS4 Pro and going from a game that supports the resolutions to a game that doesn't you can definitely see the difference. some day i hope to pick up a UHD player once they go down in price & will update this review once i have had some time with it.
