It's obviously very infrequent, but annoying when it happens. Not enough to bother taking a star off as other sets have their own software issues too.

I originally was looking at the low end Samsung 4K tvs but the person at Best Buy recommended this unit as it was a top of the line 1080p. He was completely right in his assessment in that a high end 1080 will outperform many of the budget 4ks and I couldn't be happier. The clarity and colors really stand out! Highly recommended!

Sony TV is good with the picture quality, but as a smart TV/Android TV there are lot of issues. Its slow. Last day i installed AOLon. and it wont load properly. i can see the animated screen and audio, and no video. So still needs a lot to improve on Android TV. It may need software upgrades in future to make this a better TV.

Very easy to set up and the picture is fantastic. It's not 4K, but for the price it's a smart investment. I will wait for the next generation of 4K's and the availability of of tv carriers before I make that leap. Be patient and save your $$$$--- buy this one.
