The picture is amazing. The issue comes when you plus a optical Bose system into the TV. The volume is very low. Seems to be just on the Fios box and not the Apple Tv. Is this a make or break situation? Could be if you the main thing you watch is just cable.

This TV is really great!! Even better than the Sony I bought just a few years ago. Only negative was the charge for setting up the stand-which would cost as much as the stand cost! My maid said not to pay it and she set it up in nothing flat!!! But the TV is really great!!

Bought this TV to use in our conference room at work. Its a little overkill for what we are using it for, but it works great. Only downside is the TV was described as having a PC input which does not, so you will have to buy a HDMI to VGA adapter if you want to plug your PC into it for presentations

Good news and bad news: Good news is that it has a great picture. Good color and good contrast. Easy to set up. Bad news: I have the 55W700B model of this unit. It constantly freezes and drops the connection when using wireless. Before you purchase a Sony KDL model, Google "sony KDL wireless netflix freezing" and you will see numerous unresolved complaints. Ironically, with so many complaints about this model, when I contacted Sony, they suggested I contact Netflix. It may be just some specific units or a specific batch of units, since based on the other reviews here, some people like them. That said, it is surprising that a big company like Sony would sell technology this poor.

This TV picture is very clear. Color depth is great. lG and samsung TV picture quality are far far away. Sony TV is sony

I purchased this tv on 11/30/15 and picked up in store 12/1/15. The 1st week I owned the tv the 3D function of the tv came on and I could not turn it off while viewing HD Cable TV. I had to call sony customer assistance line who helped me to turn off 3D function and the tv worked again as intended. On 1/20/16 the TV began displaying a green hue and very distorted picture. I again called customer care, but this time they were unable help me fix my tv so I returned the tv to the store on 1/22/16. I was outside of the 15 day return window so the store did not provide me a refund or exchange as requested. Best Buy technicians after collaborating with Sony notified me that I would need a brand new replacement tv. this is the email from best buy on 1/27/16:"once Sony approves you will get a new TV from your local Best Buy store. We will let you know once the approval is approved." It is now 2/1/16 and Sony has not yet approved of my new TV. I never write reviews but just thought I should warn every one that Sony tvs don't appear to be quality. If I could do it all over again I would not have gotten a 3 D tv or a sony tv. I wish I had gotten a 4K LG.

Bought this to replace LG LED 3D HD TV. The picture was not as crisp. The smart features were new to me, found them to be awesome. BUT..it did not come with 3D glasses and they are UNAVAILABLE to buy ANYWHERE which made the tv useless to me. I returned it . this tv really is second rate, getting what you pay for.

This tv requires you to agree to Googles terms of service in order to even watch tv. If you don't, you will have music in the background and it stays in set up mode, until you agree. It does say this on the TV box, but how many people read everything on the box before buying a tv. We contacted a manager and he seemed unaware of this. He said he would definitely tell all of the sales people so that they can make customers more aware of this requirement. We will be returning this tv. We are not going to pay money for a tv that requires to sign an agreement with any data mining company. We just want to watch TV!

this is my first modern tv, bought it to replace a 15 year old tv. I love the features, well worth the price, it does so much with the internet connected. I will be learning about the features for years LOL.

this is by far the best non 4k tv and it's super slim!
