Very happy with TV- picture is great. The on-screen menus/controls are useful and make sense for the most part but some of the screen settings are not described well. Love the TV but very dissatisfied with the quality of Sony's documentation.

Out of all of the sub-4k TVs, this has the best picture quality all around, especially with dark colors. Great value for high quality. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and family that don't want to spend more than $1000 on a nice TV.

I was on the fence between this set and a lg 4K 55" for same price for cyber Monday. The sales clerk pointed out some finer points with the Sony and my knowing how good a brand they are being I use to own a lot of Sony products in past, I brought the Sony. I have ZERO regrets!! I can easily say this is the best tv I have ever owned and it's even taking over some of my PS3 love due to psnow.. The only negative I have about this tv is that it uses active 3D technology now instead of the passive which would of been much cheaper since I have a collection of passive 3D glasses from theaters.. Do your research.. With this tv, u won't regret buying it!.

We have been very happy with our new Sony. It fits nicely on the mantel over our fireplace. The picture quality is very good. The only issue is the privacy statement update from the tv keeps popping up. Overall very happy with the new TV.

This tv looked better than the 4k tv it was sitting next to in the store. It's very nice and worth the money.

Great and clear TV pictures. The volume need to be adjusted on some channels though. Has to purchase a sound system so it would be consistent on all channels.

This is a great tv for the price. The only issue I had was the Sony 3D glasses were on back order so I was unable to get the glasses when I bought the tv. Fortunately there was another brand of glasses I was able to purchase.

I was looking for a Sony Flat Screen and with the great assistance from Best Buy staff, I purchased my 1st Flat Screen TV!!! Love the color and picture. The sound is from the back of the TV, so we need to buy a speaker bar.

It's a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Excellent quality picture and sound. Awesome features with the built in wifi capabilities, Netflix, YouTube, and hulu at your fingertips. I will certainly buy another

Great TV, Super clear picture. I opted for this over 4k because there is not much available on 4k content wise. The bandwidth for 4k content is also very high, so if you have a cap on monthly bandwidth, not a good idea.

I bought this TV since my older model was starting to give me problems. I was happy with the sales person and after checking the various TV's decided to go with the Sony 55in. I am definitely satisfied with this purchase!

I was undecided before going to the store on the brand but had it narrowed down to a Samsung or Sony. Very happy with my Sony purchase so far. Awesome picture and good sound. Very helpful Best Buy representative as well.

I read through many online reviews for smart TVs before visiting my local Best Buy. I had my mind made up on a clearance LG which happened to not be at the store. Then I saw this beauty hanging on the wall. Unfortunately, also sold out. However the staff needed to make room for new models and let this floor model go for a good price since the stand had been tossed. The colors on this tv are excellent and Android TV snappy. Couldn't be happier with it. Our next TVs will be this line as well.

Been searching for a product (TV) that will last and have a great name. Found that with Sony. Great price, still have not seen any store to compare with Best Buy.

This Sony television is our third Sony and we love everyone of them. We still have one that is 10 years old. The smart version is interesting and we have it wireless in the house. Already have satellite radio on it.

Replaced a fairly new TV from Korea...no service in Dallas . It started turning itself off on its own. Sony may cost a little more , but great picture, user interface, and hopefully service if needed. I love it!

I get very indecisive, but I'm glad I chose this TV. I still haven't purchased the sound bar, but I dont think I will anytime soon because the sound quality is great as well. The picture quality is excellent.

This T.V. has a great picture and needed no adjustment as to color.I really like the fact that you can change the size of the viewing area.I think that it will enhance our television viewing considerably.

I really did not want a smart tv. But after reading the reviews on this one and the sal price. I could not be happier

When I watch a sporting event, The clarity of the picture is perfect. I am very satisfied.
