Today the TV screen turned all pink and I couldn’t get it to work. It was totally nonresponsive! I had to unplug the fuker! I’ll never buy another Sony product in my fuking life! When I hook the surround system up to it sometimes the sound won’t even come on. I have to unplug it to and it’s made by Sony! It’s also garbage!

Had difficulty with audio on this tv.

It seemed to have a blown speaker sound at mid volumes intermittently, but now the remote no longer works to increase or decrease volume setting. In addition, the volume adjustment on the side of the TV will not adjust volume either. Not sure what to do to next.

Not worth it

The tv is SO slow, continually freezes, and the limited number of apps is horrible. Aside from Netflix and pandora the remaining apps seem to come from overseas. Keep looking!

changing my review to poor TV

Constantly I have to unplug and plug the TV back in to clear whatever is going on as I at time have no volume control, no apps working, cannot change channels. I contacted Sony support and was connected with someone that had such a bad accent I finally hung up after repeatedly unable to understand what they were saying and would not be connected with a different support person. I called Best Buy who would offer no help. I regret buying the TV now. Never Sony again. The problems have been going on since the first update it seems.
