Great picture. Android smart tv is great for installing kodi (imc) app $5.99 at play store. Sound is ok but am planning on getting a sound bar.

I had been watching the reviews for months on the XBR55X850C and had some concerns, but now after owning this TV for a week I can't agree with those over-opinionated views. Yes, I'm still learning all the perks but the picture is great and the sound is far superior to what I had before with my Sony KDL40V2500 so I'm happy there. The only big disappointment is that I wish it had come with 3D glasses not only because my BB doesn't stock any Sony glasses but it's confusing which ones I need to buy for this set. And the nice ones are an outrageous price. Although they aren't available in the BB store or online even if I was willing to pay!

Got this tv to be our primary tv in the living room. Awesome color and actually pretty decent sound though we upgraded to a sound bar. The tv menu is very easy to navigate and the tv is great for video games, sports, and movies. Very happy

We bought a new 1080p Samsung TV about a year and half ago and thought at the time that it was a great TV. This just absolutely blows it away and cost less money! It was even easy to mount the previous mount we had on the wall!

My most recent television was a Sony 50" LCD, from a few years ago. However this Sony with the LED and 4K is unmatched. The crystal clear images are enhanced by the 4K to the degree that one can see in close up shots, even the pores on ones face. Recently I watched the U.S. Open Tennis Championship along with an NFL game and found the performance of this television exceeded my expectation. I also added the Sony Sound Bar... What a pleasure. Great Package and Best Buy offered the Best Price on this System out there!

As usual, Bet Buy staff were great, from showing this TV and other alternatives, to loading the TV into my vehicle. Set-up of the TV was simple and quick, wall mounting also. After several weeks of use, the picture is great and very happy. A small complaint on the TV - Sony needs to improve the response time - there is some lag time when turning on and changing channels, clearly longer than my other Sony (Bravia) and Samsung sets which are both several years old.

Can't go wrong with Sony! Great sharp picture, bright colors but not too bright! Great buy for the price!

I love Sony TVs and this one is amazing. The picture quality is phenomenal. Upscaling is usually not that great on things but this TV does a great job. The android TV portion is great too. Don't need apple TV with this!

Sony 55" Brevia 4K TV with added Sony soundbar doesn't disappoint. This is our first big screen tv with a sound bar and we're delighted. Picture has unbelievable definition and the sound bar has full, solid sound without being overwhelming in a living room. Our tv is wall mounted with a fully functional swing arm so we can adjust it exactly where we want it depending on sunlight, where friends are sitting in the room, etc. It's a great combination for watching simple programs like the news or watching action movies with more bang and everything in between like YouTube videos using the Smart tv features.

Great 4K TV has a fantastic picture and is extremely easy to hookup and program. The 3D is comparable to other TVs I have had. I can't wait until more programs are broadcast in 4K so I can make use of it's technology.

First off I'm a Sony guy, have been my whole life! I was looking to upgrade from my older 42" Sony to a newer Sony with some smart features. Let's start off by saying this is not Sony's first rodeo, they always produce quality stunning pictures as close to real as possible. In 4K streaming on Netflix the picture quality is second to none, it's amazing to say the least! The built in android software seems to make life easier with its sync feature, and overall set up features. I love the one button Netflix feature on the remote and the one button football feature as well. If our looking for a great tv that won't break the bank, that has UHD, 4K smart features with built in android then I would recommend this TV. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase.

i had a sony kdl 850 and compare with this tv its totally different , 4k , amazing picture a lot of content like ultraflix but still dont need it because all 1080p can be upscale to the amazing picture best tv ever

Most TVs I looked at suffer from the "soap opera" effect, this one does not. The picture is wxcellent, and the passthru to sonos playbar works perfectly. Great blacks and color, and upscaled content looks very good

It has a walk through set up which made it very easy for novice, non computer skilled person. It has the best picture, the colors are like being there. I liked this product so much that I bought 2 more for my sons.

The picture quality is superb in 4K but of course the h d programmes are few and far between even after 3 years The most impressive is the color difference when compared to other brands the natural hues are just beautifull!

The unit has worked pretty well but the first unit did have a defect (blue vertical line showed up the first day). Best Buy was quick to replace the unit and it has worked out really well since. The picture quality is excellent and sound is as good as it can get for a flat panel TV. The warranty from best was pretty good and frankly helpful since the first tv had a defect. The sales process at Best Buy though was about confusing because of the separate magnolia staff and warranty options.

I am samsung lover and have been buying all samsung tvs till now but for the first time i bought a sony and i am loving it. Very nice color coordination and sound quality. has enough 4K features for future use

I looked at purchasing the xbr 55 900C which if you do your homework and read reviews its smaller brother the xbr850C ratings blew it away. This tv has a great picture easy to set up and lots of nice funfions

This TV was easy to set up and has exceeded my expectations. The picture is very crisp and clear. Hooked up to my Samsung Sound Bar and works beautifully. All of the options on this smart TV work wonderfully.

I debated whether to get this TV for a few months because it has some off reviews. I decided to go for it and found out that t's a really great product, the 4K is beautiful and the OS is pretty flawless once all the updates are installed. For the price it's worth it. The body itself is sleek, lightweight, and easy to put together. The OS is a little cluttered, but offers a lot of features. Picture quality (after some tweaking) can be as beautiful as any other tv. There are a few reviews on Amazon with calibration settings that worked great for me if you look for them. Worth the buy.
