we love the picture quality on this television. Having all the apps like netflix is very handy too!

The only reason I give this TV 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am a gamer and the 39ms latency is just barely unacceptable when playing fast paced games. It does have a game mode that is supposed to help but after playing games on a 19ms tv I have a hard time adjusting to this 39ms. Other than that this TV has fantastic blacks excellent color contrast and a precise grey uniformity. The motion rate is aesthetically pleasing and all the smart features work seamlessly. I used to work at Best Buy and for the Price this is the best TV that they sell right now.

Bought this item on the recommendation of the Best Buy technician. Love the picture and enjoying slowly figuring out the wealth of features.

have had it up and running for a week and love it. Replaced a 15 Wega Trinitron tube that finally passed away. Picture is great, set up was a sinch and my only negative is the speakers. Not as loud as my old TV and will be like this until my surround sound is connected. No complaints on sound quality except you need to have it a bit higher than normal.

I was on the fence between this and a Samsung for around the same price. I am so glad I bought this tv instead. The picture is gorgeous! Looks great watching movies and playing my xbox one. For the price range I would highly recommend this xbr series for any movie watcher or gamer you will not be disappointed.

I went into Best Buy looking for a great deal on the Samsung 60", 4K Smart TV. The Samsung was on sale and I got to pick out a Christmas present for myself. The TV specialist had me view the Sony model vs. the Samsung version. The Sony won hands-down when it came to movement lag. The Samsung algorithm (for 4k video) doesn't work as well as the Sony. Thanks for the help - I don't regret the purchase and am very happy with the TV. I would also highly recommend the "smart" interface in the Sony model. Although it doesn't have a web browser, (my only bone of contention), it is excellent and easy to navigate. Setup was very simple and went smoothly.

Spent time comparing different 4K TV's and Sony has a product rep had at my closest store several days per week. Was able to spend ample time picking his brain until I was comfortable with my decision. Then I paired the TV with the Sony 3D BDPS6500 Blu-Ray player and the Sony STRDH750 Receiver. Seamless integration and easy setup. Great picture and sound.

I have had the TV for about a month. It works great! Great picture. I set it up myself. It was easy. Even hocking up the surround sound.

So far so good. Only had it a few weeks. Easy set up. Nice picture. Decent sound. Using remote is a little difficult. Maybe a little overpriced.

Love my nw tv. The picture is so vibrant. Havent gotten to use the 3D yet, I have to get new glasses. I know it is going ro be awesome.

Got this TV as a open box for $800 I would have payed full price now that I have it! Great Picture, Smart TV side of it is very good!

We purchased this 55 inch Sony television this summer and can't get enough of it! It has a crystal clear picture and is large enough to view from any angle in the room. We had it mounted in the family room and have to fight the kids for viewing time. Great product!

Tv does everything as advertised and more,great picture, easy to use and set up. Never had any problems with none of my Sony products.

I went to the store with the idea of purchasing a different brand. I talked with the sales person about all the different features of brands priced from $800 to $1000. I paid the extra money for the 4K Ultra because the picture is incredible! You can't compare 1080 pixels with the 4K because the technology is different. Watching sporting events is so much better because of the technology. If you can afford it I highly recommend this TV. The price for the 4K has dropped and is the next generation for television.

Amazing TV! I didn't think Sony would be able to out do themselves from the amazing 1080p tv I already had. I decided to give 4K a shot because everyone insisted that it is the best way to watch sports and amazing HD television and blu-ray. It is almost like you are at the stadium watching a soccer game! if you buy the tv big enoughg that is.
