The picture quality is outstanding. It was easy to set up and get going.

The picture on this TV is almost too good. The 4K upscaling is amazing. It's almost too realistic. User interface is pretty good. Tons of built in apps. Was very easy to connect to wifi and connect to netflix. Speaker is good for just a tv though I bought a wireless Blu-Ray home theater to go with it. It's a lot of TV for $1,600. Definitely worth every penny. And I'm cheap.

I am extremely happy with the picture quality and features of this tv. However one thing that brings a start down on this tv is that the 3D glasses are not supplied in the box and you don't need to buy them separately for about 50-80$ each which makes it little uneasy for a buyer like me who would think that such a high end tv shud be all inclusive. Other then that it's a worth buy

Good sound produce Pictures are sharp and clear. Easy to use and very friendly

Went to Best Buy to replace a Sony Plasma which I had purchased back in 2004. I was surprised that plasma TV's were really made anymore and that OLED have taken over. I was unable to afford one of those so the salesman turned me on to this TV. Its not as good as my old Sony Plasma but does the job. New features such as internet and apps have taken our TV viewing to the next level.

This model has crisp images with fantastic, true to life, colors. I made a few adjustments, after a week of burn-in, to sharpness and selected "Vivid" as my picture settings. The wireless internet connection adds to it's value by offering a wide selection of programing options. But it is still the great, clear picture quality that has sold our household on the TV.

The unit is great for picture quality, however it is high tech and we are in our 70's which is not good for us. The instruction booklet is awful so we call the geek squad a lot, they are very nice about helping us.

Outstanding picture, excellent support from Sony but the android aspect of the tv stinks. I disliked having to enter a bunch of personal information and then wait seemingly forever for a forced update to take place. That said once my annoyance wore off (was close to returning the set i was so miffed) the picture I saw in the store reminded me why I bought this set. Utterly amazing

this tv has Great picture, great sound. The active 3D is really cool as well.

I've had this tv for a month now; The picture is a pleasure to view. The nano crystal tech really makes colors look their best. The entry level HDR is distinct. Next to my high end plasma I prefer to watch this Sony with most content. This does not have a very fast processor for some functions, but the video processor is great. Give this tv your consideration.

Sony has really out done themselves with this smart tv. I have only had it for approximately 30 days. The Nextflix button on remote make it a no brainer. I am still learning to use the smart remote.

Easy set up and great picture quality. Loaded with apps and features

I especially like the fact that the screen is lightweight and easy to mount on the wall. The color and resolution are exceptional. I especially like the new simplified remote, however, it takes some extra effort to learn how to use it.

Sony XBR55X850C - Nice TV! Great picture! Sound is good, but not great. Thinking of adding some kind of surround sound soon. Not a deal breaker though, as most if not all of these new TV's could use an upgrade/enhancement to their sound. Overall I'm really happy with this purchase!

We bought this TV for use in a small condo. It hangs on the wall saving space and is very easy to use on COX cable and an air antenna. Cox was supposed to provide 4K programing which we have not seen yet, however the picture is fabulous. We are still waiting to see the depth of 4K.

Set up was quick and easily connected to my home Wi-Fi network. Sharp and clear picture. My only negative comment is that the volume control is not consistent. We are constantly having to adjust the vol. when changing channels or devices. Even with this issue, I would highly recommend this TV.

This tv is smooth and the picture is outstanding.. Biggest flaw with this tv and many others is the sound quality.. The sound quality is horrible.. Pair it with a soundbar and wireless subwoofer and you're set for a great experience.. Have not used the 3D yet but I do recommend if you are a Dish customer to upgrade to the Hopper 3 which has built in 4K decoding..

I love tis sony tv. So many features I cant keep up with them. I really have only broke the ice on all the different quality things this tv is capable of. Still many things i need to learn and figure out to get the full benefits of this great tv. I think we are only in the beginning stages of what this 4K tv can give us. Great tv I'd buy another if I could afford it.
