I've had this tv for a bit over a month and I'm really liking it. Took a little getting used to the google stuff but once I got used to android tv I'm liking it even more. Great picture but the speakers are kinda weak. Hooked it up to my A/V receiver and took care of that problem.

Excellent picture quality without the soap opera effect seen in my Samsung. Tons of Apps with easy to navigate menus. The touchpad remote is pretty trick, but I find I use the regular remote more. Still have to try pairing my PS4 DualShock Controller to the TV to see how that works. Overall, we are very pleased with our XBR55X850C TV.

Honestly really good picture the only thing that bothers me about the tv is there is a little light bleed when it comes to the blacks in the screen. They're not extremely black but I will say every other color is super vibrant. Great tv and quality can't get better than Sony!

I was a Samsung product driven person, but when I saw the Sony 55" LED 4K Ultra TV I fell in love .! Great picture, awesome sound! Easy hook up! Bose Surround Sound System works great with it! Great APPS coming with it!

I was a little sceptical on purchase a Android TV, but after a visit different stores and web sites, I choose this, the Android interface is fast, build in apps works flawless, build in chromecast, I mean is Android I'm not expect less, the only thing you need is tweak the picture a little and you're going to have a real 4K TV....

I did a lot of research before buying and after talking to a Best Buy associate I decided to go with this Sony 4K 55" and I'm so happy with the quality and sound of this tv! The delivery guys were extremely professional, setup my new tv and had it up and running within minutes. I would recommend this tv to my friends and family!

It has a marvelous picture with a fast response. Great picture quality! Very sharp and bright picture. The Android platform gives you a lot of options, specially, having a smart remote control with a touch pad surface makes it small and very handy to browse and navigate into the TV's menu. My only complain is lacking of a mute button in the remote.

Bought this TV just before Christmas at good price for a major brand. Set up was quick and easy. Great picture, glad I upgraded to 4K. Would have been nice if 3D glasses were included. While I haven't had much of a chance to use all of the advanced features, it is nice that they are available. I am quite satisfied with the unit.

This 55" TV is at the top of my list for quality TV watching with okay sound. That gets 5 Stars. 3D capable but no glasses provided, minus 1/2 star. TV's ability to STAY connected to a wifi with moderate to good signal is disappointing and frustrating. On occasion the TV takes 15 - 60 minutes to connect, though sometimes it is nearly immediate. I am NOT a novice in this area of technology. I've tried 2 different routers, each with 2 different speeds (that's 4 different SYSIDs) plus two different WPS connections. Minus 1-1/2 Stars. Laptops, smartphones and a wifi thermostat in the vicinity of this TV have no connectivity problems. If SMART TV is your focus, be advised. SIDE NOTE - our 49" Sony 4K is much better and only slightly closer to the routers.

This tv has a really great picture. It's pretty easy to navigate through most of the screens although the original set up might be a challenge to some people. The help menu is pretty limited too. The tv locked up a couple of times while using the Amazon app and the only way out was to repower the tv. Overall, I am happy with this product.

We returned the LG after one week and paid the extra $200 for the Sony. We would have returned it sooner, but waited for the weekend. Sony by far exceeds the quality of the LG. The picture is so sharp it almost looks like it's in your living room. The motion quality is exceptional. No glitching at all. It's worth the money!
