Originally bought a Samsung set that was returned for multiple reasons. We purchased this set after reading reviews and saw it had HDR support. It works well and has a very good picture and settings, but the built in apps crash and has issues even opening. The browser is opera, the only choice available, and it stinks for an android tv.

Got this open box and put geek squad insurance on it in December 2015. Haven't really had any problems with it except the advance remote. You have bring up the home screen to change inputs and 2 times it was stuck on some app and I had to unplug it to work (refresh ). Wish there was a button for it to refresh on the remote. ........ Peace

Great picture with super color, rich blacks, and fine clarity. I love the slim design and simple thin frame. The set up and interface are pretty simple as well. Most of the smart features I already have on my PS4 but it's great if you don't have them from a Sony blu ray player already. No complaints and priced quite fairly!

If you wanna watch sports,action movies,and streaming services this is the TV for you..excellent picture with great upscaling and enhanced video processing..120 HZ panel so the entire screen is clear when viewing fast motion content..i.e.- hockey,football,etc...Android TV OS is very cool as well..get this TV you'll love it.

Picture is great. We also purchased a sony sound bar but it blocked the signal from the remote - my conclusion is that the stand should raise the tv a bit more or the remote receiver should be located higher on the tv.

Bought this TV last month and have had a good experience till date. The picture quality is very good. Have not encountered any light bleeding so far. Few concerns which make me give it 3 stars- a)The Bluetooth on tv does not recognize my Bose Bluetooth speakers or Bose Bluetooth headphones. b) Observed a significant lag in response time while switching apps and apps as well ran very slow after watching TV continuously for 6 hours. Seems like the unit got overheated .Fortunately the problem went away after keeping the tv off overnight. Not sure if this is the problem with my unit or a common problem.

Loved the tv until color started going yellow and green. Loved the picture and tv before this. The return was simple with no questions asked they simply gave us a new tv. Pleased so far with handling of our problem.

Sharp picture, great size, and we also purchased a sound bar to go along with the TV. The sound bar really makes a difference since Sony has the speakers at the bottom of the TV. The TV we replaced was about 5 Yrs old and technology has really improved!

The first tv stopped working & it took over a month with no tv to get a new one because it couldn't be fixed. The tv is wonderful now that we have a working one but a huge hassle to get repaired even with the warranty!

1060 & 4k really make a difference with picture quality....the colors are nice & bright. We have a sound system hooked up to the unit that provides better than average sound quality. The ten watt speakers are anemic when it comes to providing strong sound quality.We really enjoy smart apps & trailors of future movies.

This is the absolute best TV I have ever seen. Although the cost was higher than I normally would have spent, the quality of the picture, ease of use, and smart TV features make it an excellent value. You will be hard pressed to find a better quality product anywhere for this price. I'm hooked on Sony from now on!

I love this television. The first one I bought had issues with the color and banding. Best Buy exchanged it for me without a hint of an issue. I brought the new one home and it is flawless. Picture is beautiful and I love the Android Tv features. I paired it with a Sony CT780 Soundbar and am thoroughly impressed.

4k is everything they say. Make sure you do your research and get something at least 120 hertz or the picture will "ghost" very annoying on big tv. 45 inch and smaller harder to notice ghosting. This tv is 120 with interesting online service features. Watch July or netfliks right on tv no other devices needed.

After researching the picture quality and features of other TVs around this price range, I decided on the Sony without a doubt and I couldn't be happier. The PS Now was also a nice feature that I hadn't even factored into my decision. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for something in this price range

I purchased this as a Geek Squad approved Open Box and was not disappointed. Pretty much brand new. The picture quality is superb. There is a little lag at the very top when watching fast paced sports, but only noticeable if you look for it. I have not played any 4k content on it yet, but blu-ray looks incredible.

Very good picture and enjoying the view. My only criticism is the programming tends to stir you to using Netflix. Sometimes the tv will prevent you from leaving Netflix and get caught in an endless loop. The only cure is to remove all power and have the tv reboot. I make it a habit to unplug after each use and no problems.
