We have a TV cut out in our living room, so we were limited on the size TV we bought. This TV fit perfectly and has such clean lines, it almost fades right into the wall. The picture is excellent quality for tv shows, movies, and our Apple TV videos.

I often wondered if the curved UHD TV screens were necessary for relatively close in viewing. The Sony TV resolution is excellent when viewing straight ahead, but has a noticeable degradation in resolution with an off axis viewing angle of 20 degrees or greater.

I was told the large Sony TV's were awesome, and it is. I enjoy the quality and brilliant picture. Anxious to watch Movies and Videos on it. Love it!!!

the best 55' inch Sony TV you can buy. Great picture for sports and movies. Picture look so vivid, crisp and clear and great speakers. I recommend this to anyone that wants a good quality TV.

I was looking to purchase my first TV after graduating college and this TV is a beauty. The picture quality and resolution is breath taking and the apps are great to navigate such as Hulu, Netflix, and YouTube. Great size as well.

For the price you can't get any better, the live sports are mind blowing real it's like be in the stadium! Human eye can't distinguish any better than this so don't bother spending more money!

I previously had an XBR 6 and this tv is heads above that one. The up scaling on non hi def. stations is great. The hi def stations are even better! I would highly recommend this tv to anyone.

55" too big for room, so returned for 49". Virtually same televisions except 55" comes with two remote controls - one has a microphone for voice commands for Android TV. The 49" does not come with this remote - purchased separately RMF-TX100U ($75). We have to remember these TVs are now computers - they boot up, find wireless networks, etc. Give it time to turn itself on. And, if you use the HDMI (ARC) input (to communicate two ways with other devices such as sound system, DVD), again, this can increase the boot up time. I loaded the Sirius XM ap. Terrible interface but the music streams well. Entering log in info is tedious, and occasionally the TV lost the log in info and had to reenter. Best source for 4K content is Netflix and YouTube. Very few 4K selections available on DirecTV - but that will change. Useful option: Live Football Mode - gives life to a dull playing field!

Sony produces top quality products. Good sound, wonderful clear picture with bright colors .Geek Squad was very fast in installing our 55" TV on the wall. Looks great. Very pleased with Best Buy and our sales person Malcom from Best Buy in Naples

Wonderfully bright and vibrant picture! Much better than the older plasma we had. Just wish the sound was a little better.

This is the best TV I have ever owned. Everything about it is great, from the volume and clarity of the speakers to the accurate color and sharpnesses of the screen. I own a Sony Blu-ray player and a Sony sound bar which show up on the input bar natively, allowing me to completely control them through the TV. The TV uses Android TV , which is really nice. If you are familiar with an Android phone, you can grasp this system pretty quickly. Opera browser works well once you figure out how to scroll the page (slide your finger downward along the right side of the included touch remote). Download the Sony Video and TV Sideview app and you can control the TV with your phone. I have found it much easier to fill out text areas in the apps with the software than trying to select letters with the remote. Overall, one of my favorite purchases.

This is my 2nd. One this size,I love the picture ,the sound, the costs was perfect. I got the biggest one for the living room,Loved it , then I got the next size for the family room, Loved it and I wanted the 2 nd.One for the Master Bed room!☺

After viewing the various pictures in the store, we chose Sony because to us it was a remarkable picture. We also chose the size because it was what we needed for the space we had. The remote is easy to use. I really have enjoyed the sound bar.

I truly love my new Sony 4K UHD TV! The 55" screen is amazing. The resolution almost seems 3D-ish without taking advantage of its 3D features. Sound is great...I no longer have to resort to using using subtitles to enhance my viewing experience.

Have spent a lot of time reading and printing instructions from SONY eSupport to understand the working of this Smart TV. Its amazing what this TV does once you understand the many different functions and capabilities of Sony Bravia components.

I love this TV, great brand selection! Shows a great picture and has a lot of great features! Internet ready, a ton of apps, I absolutely enjoy watching my favorite movies and listening to Pandora! I highly recommend this product to everyone!

It's an outstanding TV at the price. While there are a few quirks (2 remotes? Really? Sometimes slow interface or crashing interface) the picture quality is above par for this price range. I wouldn't pay full price for it, but on sale it's a no-brainer.

Loved the picture quality. One of my friend came and saw this TV and purchased one for his bed room. I wish there is any tips to caliber the best possible 4K experience. I'm still playing around with settings. But overall I'm quite satisfied.

Never purchased Sony TV before, but i'm extremely pleased with this Sony 4K TV. It's thin, good looking, android interface is intuitive and easy to use, the pictures are sharp and responsive. Overall, this is a very good value for the money.

I love the x850c series line amazing colors and amazing sound. I have last years Samsung 4K and this Sony 4K looks ten times better than the Samsung.
