This TV gets 5 stars! Very modern style and super thin. Picture is so clear you can see nose hairs. We did get the extra protection, but it being a Sony, hopefully we won't have to use it.

Very satisfied with my purchase of my new tv; the setup (by the Geek Squad) was very quick and efficient. The picture quality is awesome. I previously had a 42 inch, love the larger size!

Delivery and installation was on time and quick. TV picture and sound is better than I expected. Only problem is that there's not much 4k content around tho I expect that to change in the near future. So I'm ready to get back to the future!!!

I bought this tv for its great color and 120 hz refresh rate and im not disappointed to say the least. The android operating system is easy to use, and i can use my ps4 controllers on it to play the games. Thank you sony for making this tv

Do not really care about 3D but wanted the triluminos color. After reading some reviews and adjusting the settings as mentioned, we are happy with the TV.

Picture quality is excellent , apps can be better, built in youtube video and audio sync is not good, there is lagging in picture and audio. Channel changing takes time, audio on TV is bit low you will need external audio source if you have a large room

I didnt think this TV would outdo the Samsung.... Boy was I wrong!!! Sony's Crystal Clear picture on a normal HD channel does wonders... I would recommend this over Samsung any day

Color, clarity and detail are fantastic! Initially, at turn-on, this TV had a clean, clear picture that improved in quality after a week of burn-in. I made some slight adjustments to picture sharpness with outstanding results. While the internet streaming is good, it lacks the ability to allow customers to add Apps. The colors appear true to life and the shadow detail is very good. The TV does a great job of handling black and darker colors which can be a problem for some LCD screens. Overall, a great TV model at a fantastic price!

A Beautiful picture. Sony never disappoints me. I had tried a Samsung first and was angry at how bad their picture quality was and that they made a 55" TV with a 60hrtz refresh rate. I will never buy anything but a Sony from now on!!

A beautiful picture for $500 less than this years model. Smart TV with easy to use control (including voice commend). Set up was a breeze.

Sometimes the picture would look funny and I would have to do a hard reset. One time the screen went black and I had to do a hard reset. Done a hard reset 3 times already and only had this tv for a month. Overall it's an OKAY TV. Looks nice though.

Bought new Sony TV as a gift for husband for master bedroom. We enjoy it very much. Picture quality is just as nice as our Samsung. For a secondary TV it is working out perfectly. I was against a larger TV for bedroom but now love it.

This tv replaced a twelve year old plasma tv which was still working well, but the transition was like night into day. What a great picture!

This TV has great color, contrast and easy to setup. The 4K upscale works great especially on none hd content. The best TV in this price range.

I spent a ton of time researching 4k tvs before I made this purchase and I'm glad that I did. This tv looks fantastic and is very easy to use.

At this point I really like the tv. It has a great picture. I tried to fiddle around with settings and only screwed it up so I just went back to factory settings and it's great. So far I love the tv. I've had it for about a month.

Picture is excellent but the features that are available on this TV are a mystery. Product manual is very insufficient. Requires many visits t Best Buy to get the basics. Feel like I have a great TV but don't know how to use it to it's fullest.

I was nervous buying a TV with this much technology but I'm in love with it. Give yourself an hour to really play with it to understand it. And YouTube really helped as well.

Strengths: Great picture, app and OS updates are improving features, plenty of HDMI ports. Weaknesses: Slight crackle sound noticeable when muted. Unknown if specific to the TV or the result of old non-digital cable box, probably the later.
