only small issue is that the sound system is much more quiet than my previous tv's.....probably smaller speakers due to the thin nature of the latest tv's. you would think the manuf. would have compensated for the smaller speakers by adding 2 additional? different setup.? i bought the Bose solo15 to enhance the sound.

I was looking for a TV for my family room which has a lot of windows and light glare. This screen does a good job of it. The WiFi connected quickly with no issues. It have a bunch of other apps that I also had accounts with and I was just able to logon and use them through the tv. Its great for listening to music and you can shut the screen off so you don't waste energy when you are listening to music.

Very good quality 4k is amazing. I had a 50in before but 5inces make a big difference.

No difference from 1080 model at this point but expect better picture as cable is updated.

Black depth very good though not as awesome as plasma TV that I used to own. Up-scaling for 1080p works really good but 720p and 1080i for some of the older programs still make the picture look smudgy. That must just be that the available programming content is not up the mark for the 4K TVs. With 1080p Blue ray players though (even with no 4K up-scaling in the player) performance is nearly as good as 4K. Viewing angle is as issue if you had Plasma TV before but that is how LCD (LED) technology is.. Overall the best bet as far as LED TV goes. I did not see any significant issue with fringe lighting as some users have reported (For TVs I guess you have to have some ambient lighting to mitigate any light leakage). Given my previous experiences with Samsung TVs in the past both Plasma (one of them a Magnolia series) I am not sure I am confident about quality of Samsung products anymore.

The Tv looks great with the thin bezel and clean lines, and the picture is amazing.

Better picture than expected and sound bar is great. Also have benefitted from price match.

We have been very pleased with the Sony 55 inch 4K tv.
