I spent a lot of time researching TVs and prices. I was glad to see this SONY was at such a great price, first 4K TV for me, and I wanted android powered device so this was perfect. Speakers are well for a TV though I use a soundbar anyway. Streams movies from my phone and computer to TV with no issues over wifi.

The sales asscociate was very helpful and guided me to this amazing Sony. Great vibrant picture, two remotes and easy OS navigation. Set up was a lot more simple than the reviews led me to believe.

what an awesome TV. Torn between this Sony and Samsung. Have had both brands and we have been pleased with both. It's the 3rd open box TV purchased from Best Buy and all 3 have been a good buy. My salesman recommended this Sony and he was right.

We are so happy with our new television. It was easy to install( my husband) and easy to navigate the menu ( me). The picture is great and we are very pleased with the sound quality as well.

Excellent quality television, has been working great with no problems to speak of. The one thing I wish it had was a Smart TV "app" for Twitch. I'm not sure if that's even available on any TV, but it's something that would be nice to have as I had to purchase a Google Chromecast to get Twitch on the TV.

Easy to use. Great picture quality! The Smart TV functions are superb! I definitely recommend this TV for new Purchaser's and those who want to upgrade to latest and greatest technology!

We did a lot of research before buying this TV. It has every feature we wanted like 3D, 4K,etc. Must say it is really good and we recommend it to our friends. No issues so far.

Works perfectly for me. Easy to set up and great quality. Also compatible with my Pioneer receiver and audio system, AppleTV and smart TV convenient for streaming Amazon Prime videos.

This was a great purchase. My only concern is the lack of written documentation that came with it. The Geek Squad set-up was excellent, but their quick overview meant that I either had to troll the net or repeatedly contact them to find all the information I needed for both the TV and the Sonos system.

I always get Sony TVs. It has a sharp picture and great colors. Afternoon glare off the window from light makes viewing difficult. (Good thing I'm at work.) Love the Smart TV's ease of use.

Only issue is that Sony and Comcast haven't sorted out codes so the Comcast XR-11 voice activated remote doesn't work with this TV and I wasn't told beforehand so the Geek Squad setup had to end before the TV was totally set up because I had to go to Comcast to get the correct, XR-5 remote.

The picture is very nice and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice 4K TV that has a true 120hz. Other TV"s have there own lingo stating it's 120hz but is not true.

I wish I could give 4.5 star because 3D option only works on 3D media. Odd that they have 3D setting, but owners manual doesn't address this. No question a 5 star TV beyond that quirk. Blu-ray is crisper than oled unit in my opinion. Glad I had coupons to lower the price even further.

After reading several reviews, we decided on this Sony. Not being very tech oriented, we had it delivered and installed by Best Buy. Things worked fine at first, but then not. After a return trip by the tech and multiple calls with techs in the evening when we would turn it back on from watching the morning news and find a "no reception" message, it was finally discovered our DVR cable box and TV had lost their sync-probably something I did too fast. Need to use the "system on/off" button on the remote and hold it for 3 seconds. Redone and instructed how to do it ourselves. Now things work fine. Great picture/color on TV!

I have been using sony product for over 15 years and they are very dependable and the new product looks great and we had no problem in connecting with our existing audio system. Works fine and its smart feature is excellent as we could watch Netflix and other streaming apps right from the word go
