I enjoy the sony products. This tv has awesome screen color tones with the vibrant colors. It comes with two remotes and has about 20 apps. I haven't figured how to load more apps. I have waited about a year doing reach and this tv is awesome and great value from the higher models.

We had another t.v. in mind to buy when we went to Best Buy, but a blue shirt showed us this t.v. and we were very impressed. Great picture resolution and voice controlled remote. However when ended up returning it because it was geared more towards gamers and a little pricey compared to Samsung.

The TV is very easy to use and setup. The picture quality is amazing. I purchased with the intent to watch hockey, the speed of the game looks great! Highly Recommend this TV!

My first flat screen! Love the color and clarity. The size is perfect for my "just large enough" room. Sound is really good....but may decide on a sound bar for greater bass.

Love everything about this 4K TV! The picture is amazing and the colors are so vivid. The smart features are the icing on the cake! One of the best purchases I've ever made.

The overall experience with this tv is great. The only downside right now is the lack of ultra 4k content, but in time that will change. Love the tv does everything as expected.

Had seen & was impressed by family member's 70" version of this model. Prompt, efficient delivery and installation. Beautiful true colors. Fun apps and features to explore.

In general, the Sony delivers everything it promises. The only problem is a minor one with upscaling. Once in a while with live tv, the wrinkles on people's faces will get exaggerated by the upscaling process. Other than that, it upscales fine with all other types of video.

I purchased my first 4K tv from best buy.I'm very impressed with everything it has to offer.I am also impressed with the outstanding customer service .... Employees are very knowledgeable of the products they are selling.Always a great experience when I shop at Best Buy.

speakers could be better. delay in changing channels. instruction book is very complicated it could be done in an easier way so one could avail themselves of all the apps.a product should be supplied to be able to clean the screen. sometimes we use things that could damage screen.

Takes a long time to download and update the TV and to sync the cable/TV remotes. TV continues to request next update or it will go into sleep mode. When last updated, it lost the remote syncs. Now having to use three remotes to turn on the TV, the cable and the sound box separately.

This is a really nice TV. Android TV is better than the old Google TV, and it has casting functionality built in to replace my Chromecast.

Went in to purchase a Samsung of similar value, was shown the Samsung, this one and another option. It all came down to the actual app set up on the TV. This is the first non Samsung brand electronic that we had purchased in years. Very happy with this purchase.

Let me start off by saying, if I purchased this TV for it's original price, about $1,400-1,600, I would have been slightly dissapointed. I got the TV for slightly over a grand and am very happy with it. It's got great picture, i returned a 60 inch Sharp Aquos that I hated. Everything looks much better on my Sony, especially live sports. No soap opera effect. The best part about this TV is the 4k and I haven't even had a chance to use it yet. If you see it at Best Buy for the $1,000 take it and run. It's a great TV with a ton of functionality and the adroid software is great.

was looking into the 830c but changed to the 850 c due to the trilumis color cause it makes a big difference

The picture is crisp and clear. I love the 3D capabilities also. Last but not least this particular model comes with a touch pad remote for the television.

3d is awesome and picture quality is great. Works with all my devices. Only problem I had that one time it shut off on me for no reason. Other than that no problem

I've had this TV for about 3 weeks now. It's as good as any of the other mid range 4k tvs nut usually at a better price. Im generally a samsung nut but when i compared specs and what this tv had to offer vs the prices of the other tvs i would have to spend over $500 more on top of what i paid for this tv. Quality is good as well as color. Only con i have about this tv is the firmware doesnt support A2DP bluetooth connectivity so you cant use a bluetooth speaker.

I love the picture sharpness, color brightness, and black levels of any upscaled content such as HD TV and especially upscaled Blu Ray movies. UHD HDR demos are crystal clear and even better color brightness and blacks. Can't wait to see 4K Blu Rays on it. Only criticism is that I have been unable to get my Sharp 3D player working on it and unable to troubleshoot because neither the Sharp player nor the Sony TV manuals online or otherwise provide much help. Sharp 3D player worked on my HD Samsung TV without issue. A little disappointing but still a great set at a great price.

this was to replace an older Sony LCD TV that died. This TV is beautiful, from the screen quality to the near border-less design!
