It was easy to setup and to view. Did have to wait a half hour for it to initially setup by getting the latest software and have it installed. The color and resolution look great.

Great TV and good service at Best Buy. I bought a Sony because I have always been happy with the brand.

I bought this 4K TV for my kids PS4 gaming console and I couldn't be happier, picture quality is remarkable in standard screen mode for gaming and 4K content from YouTube, although watching March madness in 740p on a 2160 display was better served on my other much older Sony XBR5 1080p screen, anyhow once camera content in 4K catches up to screen tech I think it's wise to keep both a 1080p screen and 2160 screen on hand, also I've owned numerous Sony screens and consoles over the years without any issues!!

Wife and I fell in love with this TV since day 1. We liked the price, the size, the detail on the screen too. We really like it.

The picture quality is excellent, also like the feature of the ease between switching from between satellite tv to netflix, etc

Only thing i miss is the 3D glasses that i got myself and they did not work. Plus i went to 3 differents Bestbuy stores and could not find any. Overall like my new TV

We already have other Sony LED TV's and this is another high quality product. We were not disappointed.

The television is great needless to say, but what really sold us was the associate that helped us. I am so sorry I cannot remember his name very nice young man I think he was only 18, but very very tech savvy of which I am not.

It would be a great TV with one exception: It has no audio out that can be used with a soundbar. It would have been nice had the sales person noted this so I could have upgraded to something I could use a POKE audio system with.

TV is Easy to set up and to control. TV is light. Has a great picture. I am happy with TV an I would purchase again!

Got this TV on sale and was by far the best TV for it's price. Colors are realistic, the swipe and microphone enabled remote are a nice bonus and my husband and I really enjoy using it on a daily basis. Thumbs up for this Sony TV

This replaced my old clunker of CRT television. What a great upgrade. Thanks to the sales people who pointed me to this model.

The only issue I have with this TV is I do not truly understand the 4k up scaling. Source must be 1080p. I get that. But I never fully see a difference. I have 4k blu Rey player as well and PS3. OTHER THAN THAT TV IS AWESOME.

The TV has an amazing clarity and great features. A representative recommended this TV for me and I loved the apps, definition, number of inputs as well as the 2 remotes it includes. Definitely recommend to a friend.

Geek Squad did the initial setup for this TV, and that was great, but I've been able to add speakers and a blu-ray player with no difficulty. The picture is great (although regular 1080 broadcasts occasionally disappoint). Controls for the smart TV access are a bit clunky, but the learning curve isn't too bad. 4K TVs work best with a 4K signal, so I'm looking forward to more broadcasts in 4K, but most of the 1080 looks good to occasionally excellent. Sound reproduction through a 5:1 set up is phenomenal.

I do feel like my review is a bit skewed since I haven't been able to try out the 4K yet, but I know the 3D is not as good as the Sony tv I bought last year. Some background objects look out of focus sometimes. I tried different hdmi cables (some 4k specific, some not) and 2 different sony 3D glasses. Not sure what the problem is as this is not the case with my non-4K sony 3D tv. Not a fan that this tv comes with ZERO 3D glasses (my other Sony tv came with 2 pair) as they are quite pricey. Maybe once I get to try the 4K content it will help balance out my overall rating. But for now 3 stars is what I can give it.

This television is so unbelievably easy to set up and has an UNBELIEVABLE picture! A must have for true Sony believers!

Greeet!!! The products purchased were in excellent condition and inclusive of all information needed to install. However, (after purchase) I was ingformed free delivery was out of range. Not happy about this.
