the picture is great. The set up was very simple. Updates are automatic when signed into wifi so you don't have to worry.

We did not research this product because we have owned Sony products for over 50 years and still have a Sony Trinatron which is over 25 years old and still works. We knew we could depend on a Sony brand.

We love this new TV. Still have not finished figuring out all of the great features. Most interested in viewing our iPad streaming movies on the large screen. Love the smart aspects of verbal questions answered.

Picture was great. Had to return due to the smart tv portion would give me a grey screen and I would have to reset. No thanks on resetting power for a brand new TV.

I recently decided to make the switch to a 4K TV after having Samsung TVs in the past I had no clue which 4K TV to purchase. After reading reviews and price matching online I chose the Sony mainly because of Android TV. Picture quality is pretty good, sometimes grainy if streaming through Hulu though. Sound is decent for such a thin TV. Haven't tried the 3D features yet so don't know how well it works. Overall the Sony 4K was an excellent choice and I'd definitely recommend it.

I was not happy with the Sony after first setting it up. Once I changed the Picture Mode I was very, very pleased.

Great picture quality...the colors are so clear. Very easy to setup. We liked this TV so much, we bought two!

This TV has a lot of features, but the picture quality isn't as clear as I thought it would be, for the price I paid. Over all, I'm satisfied with this TV.
