Great screen, horrible Smart TV OS and Apps

The AndroidTV OS and the Apps are buggy, and crash often, requiring frequent reboots of the TV, and removing and reinstalling apps.

I have had it now for a couple of months and am still amazed at the picture quality and functionality of this tv. highly recommend it.

It will not turn off without pressing the remote button 2-3X more than necessary, in different patterns. It has randomly and unexpectedly lost network settings to where the attached screenshot shows up and you have to wait 3+ hours before the tv receiver restarts and you can watch it again. I will never buy another Sony TV from Best Buy or anyone else!

All works very well with genie direct tv
