Well satisfied, once they delivered the correct TV.

It's a bit dated now, but this TV has had no major problems in the two years I've had it. A few times it has had software issues, but they were quickly patched and resolved.

I replaced my older smaller HD TV with this new Sony. The picture quality is amazing! Super easy to set up and operate. Would also recommend a sound bar to make the experience even better.

We purchased our TV directly from the recommendation and quality that we saw at the store. We are thoroughly satisfied with this purchase as well as the installation and technical support.

Sony can't be beat !!! Awesome picture and features !!! My only complaint is 3D glasses aren't included, 2 pair cost an extra $100 bucks !!

This TV replaced old DLP 720p TV. Great picture, outstanding sound, and many nice options available with the TV. Nice perk with 1 year free Netflix. Sony provides a top quality TV at a great price!

I really like the picture quality. Comes fully equipped for gaming and watching movies with the family. Highly recommended.

I thought this TV was decent, but I did have a lot of issues with it turning off and resetting. I was told by Sony to return it and get another one, which I did and havent had any problems since

I love everything about this TV. It seems to have one serious issue. Periodically it stops responding to the power buttons on the remote and on the TV itself. All functions cease to work, volume, input changing everything if it is stuck on. You have to unplug the TV and plug it back in before you can get the remotes to work again. After restarting the TV the diagnostics keep reporting everything is ok and there are no updates. This happens sporadically and I cannot find a good reason for it. Luckily the TV power cord is right there on the floating shelf so its an easy fix. If this thing was so huge and wall mounted I would have returned it to try a new one.

TV has an amazing picture! It also includes just about every entertainment app there is. HBO go, showtime anytime, starz, Netflix, etc.. Well worth the money! Very happy with this TV

Television has a way to go. Self disconnects from the internet, picture is fuzzy not really clear. Have to keep updating, drops external speakers. Went through 2 of these with similar issues before we took them back and got a different product.

TV is great. Picture is beautiful and Android TV is basically like having an entire computer inside your TV. I wish the processor was a little faster, but that is just nit-picking.

The TV only lasted just a little over 2 years! A yellow vertical line appeared on the screen and according to Geek Squad it cannot be fixed. Thank God I had purchased the extended warranty. I’m never buying a Sony again.

I couldn't be happier with this tv, the picture is fantastic and the price was great. Coming from a plasma tv that I enjoyed for the past 9 years this tv was a perfect choice.

Loved this tv. Beautiful picture and features. I especially loved the fact that it has the Android platform built in. Play store, etc.

I bought this Sony along with a Sony soundbar to go along with it. I could never get the sync between the two to work properly. I spoke with sony's customer service and they were beyond awful. They could never get it to work no matter how many times they transferred me to a new troubleshooting technician. I replaced both the tv and sound bar thinking it was a wiring issue within the tv or sound bar. Still didn't work. Spoke with Sony again. Said they would sound out a technician. Still waiting for a technician to call. Replaced with a Samsung tv and sound bar. Worked first try and even is a better looking tv. I'll never buy a Sony product again.

Very happy with this TV. Great crisp picture. The buying experience was exceptional because of the knowledge of the sales representative. Very informative and not pushy.

Very easy to set up and install. Great picture quality and I liked how it was pretty much instantly able to connect with the internet. Great intereacting with Netflix.

This is a great TV for the price. Programs are like you are right there. Sports and videos games are sharp picture with great clarity. This is a great TV for the price

I all ways wanted a 3d TV and the bonus 4k the upscaling is really good especially watching YouTube. 3D TV's have better processors built in than non 3D TV's.
