Compared to Samsungs the movement of people and action is much smoother IMO. Crystal clear picture, love it.

Took a few tries to get all the apps to function - still have trouble with Netflix and no one seems to be able to help us. It's pretty good, but not amazing.

it might be that i don't have the necessary equipment to make it function correctly and bring the picture to life but it works no better than my HD 3d Sony TV.

I have been meaning to get a new television set to replace my old Sony 55" that had the massive back panel. 4K quality really interests me, and when I saw Best Buy had it on sale, I jumped at the deal and bought it. Do not regret it at all. Colors are amazing on this set, and I have not been able to stop watching everything I can on it. The only downside is how long it takes to install the updates. Besides that part, it is totally worth it.

I love this TV. Great purchase! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great picture.

I like the Sony XBR55X850C overall, but very disappointed in Bluetooth wireless. It is "very limited", it does not even have the basics like connecting with headphones and speakers. For all Sony does right, you would think something this important would have been included. For this I took one star off, maybe I should have taken off 3 more for not including something so very important - no excuse for such........ well, you guess the next word Sony.

The 4K HD picture is absolutely amazing. The TV looks great and really highlights our living room.

Was debating a 4K TV for months and was waiting on the new M Series Vizios to come out as I thought they sounded as though they had everything I needed. Happened to look at other TVs and found this one on sale as a 2015 leftover and took the chance. 55" was smaller than I wanted, but for the the features that it has, it's amazing. And don't just settle for a 4K set; get one with HDR as well - it really DOES make a difference.

This has been a great tv. The 4K on it is amazing and i love how easy it is to navigate.

Very disappointed I bought this model. Picture is great when it works. Biggest issue is with pairing the 3D glasses. I use the recommended Sony glasses but the TV will periodically lose its ability to pair with glasses. The only solution is to unplug the TV from the power outlet and then reconnect and let the TV operating system reboot. This has happened with two identical models. Also connectivity with the touchpad remote does the same thing with lost connection. I think the Bluetooth radio system in the TV is flawed because both the glasses and the remote use Bluetooth. Geek squad service was rediculously terrible and did not fix the issue. They did not know what time to show up or even what they were scheduled to perform when they did show up. One service tech showed up at the wrong time even when I just spoke to him on the phone 20 minutes prior to him showing up, and he didn't even have the replacement part that he was scheduled to install. I'm guessing the service manager dropped the ball.

Bought this t.v. for our living room. The picture is incredible! Best purchase I've eve made!
