Loved the operating system. I was told a bought a lemon. Picture had lag or was pixelated. Returned and kept my old plasma quick is great unless your watching a 4k movie on 4k TV

Was in the market for a 4k TV. Decided to buy this one as it was being replaced by a newer model. Sony has a simple user interface - good for a novice or expert.

This is so far the best TV I owned. Excellent picture clarity.. Google store access is little slow but that's acceptable for me.. Overall happy with the purchase..

The audio and video are out of sync. Geek guys cable vision are investigating but no solution yet.

I like the TV and sony designs, but I dislike the fact you can't connect your BT headphones because the BT option the TV has is only for the remote and keyboards, not Audio.

Absolutely LOVE it. The sound would be the only con for this TV. Other than that, I have not one problem or negative thing to say about this TV.

Good product from Sony. But not so perfect for gaming and hdr support is very basic.

I have a Samsung that I love, but Samsung goes in the bedroom once this Sony beauty comes into the house because Sony deserves to be front and center!

I really like this TV. If you can get 4K content on Netflix or Amazon Instant Video or something it looks fantastic. The smart remote is pretty cool as well.

I bought this for my husband as a Fathers Day gift. It was a nice surprise for a man who works so hard. We love it! Bonus is that it is also 3D!

This is really a next gen tv. Android makes my life easy and very intuitive interface and its fast. Screen is just beautiful and its bright

There are a couple of Hicks with Netflix app. But I am sure that will be resolved with upcoming updates. And that is exactly why I bought this Android TV

I honestly picked this television out due to my Plasma going bad and I had a warranty that covered it. It took 2 weeks to decide and multiple trips to Best Buy to stare at multiple brands, sizes, and resolution TVs. I am beyond happy with this Sony, it has made me love 4K and forget Plasma. Also, when adjusted correctly, the blacks are near Plasma levels, I am impressed. The only issue with the picture is some greys bleed out, but 99% of the world won't see this, I literally stare at the screen for long periods of time looking for imperfections. 4k content is still low but the content I do own or stream looks by far the best on any TV I have ever seen. Sports in 1080 look phenomenal and blur is not present when watching fast pace sports. Gaming is perfect, zero complaints, 100 praises. The Android Smart TV integration is amazing, some do not like it, I love it, I am an Android only household and it fits in nice, all my devices sync up perfect to it, what's not to love. If you are looking at 4k, buy this TV! Also, I have not experienced the 3d features yet, I did not pick the TV for 3d, I don't plan to use it.

If you are in there for a 4k and don't mind spending extra on 3d go for it as the video quality this TV offers is incomparable for the price

I purchased this TV after being pretty disappointed with a 55" LG UF6800. The LG had lots of features and nice colors, but the motion blur and soap opera effect were just horrific, no matter how the advanced settings were tweaked. Now back to the Sony... I did some fairly exhaustive research before purchasing this TV. I knew I wanted to keep my budget close to $1k, so I knew OLED tvs were out of the equation. I wanted to stick with 55", which is a great size for my smallish living room. In my research, I looked for the 55" 4k TV with the best motion blur and minimal soap opera effect for around a grand. The only options I came up with were a couple Sony models, as well as a couple Samsung TVs. The clerk at Best Buy helped me choose the Sony based on lower price and better motion blur. After bringing the unit home and setting it up, I immediately noticed other features which made this TV stand out from the LG model. First, it includes a smart remote, which makes navigation super easy. Second, it has a really nice black metal frame, which looks more upscale and durable. Third, the android smart TV system is really cool! You can download lots of apps, such as Netflix, Hulu, and even HBO Go. It's like having a Roku 4 built in to the TV! Overall, the picture quality is amazing, and I think you'd have to spend closer to $2k to do much better. As far as drawbacks go, the supplied TV stand is a bit wobbly, so a wall mount or other anchoring system is recommended. The built in speakers don't sound amazing, but that's the case with most TVs, just add a soundbar (I like the Vizio 5.1 system). Lastly, the TV requires software updates now and then, which can take 30 minutes or so to download and install. It can be a little annoying, but its nice to know that new features and apps can be added, so that the TV will hopefully keep up as new technology is rolled out! Long story short, recommended!

Can't believe that 3D tvs don't come with 3D glasses. Not even one pair?! Even more upset that the guy helping with us getting the tv didn't even tell us!

great tv but tilts forward about 15 degrees ... it doesn't affect the picture from the side it bothers me it always looks like it's about to tip over

I went in to Best Buy just to look at TV's, as hadn't bought one in over 5 yrs. I was so impressed with this product I bought it on the spot.
