||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok the best thing about this tv is it color reproduction and that sony picture quality leaving that aside there is nothing good about this one. The wi-fi connection is the worst of all the TV's I have ever owned, keeps dropping and the connection process takes a very long time. Customer service from sony's side is pretty bad because they have no idea on what they are talking about. You'd be better of researching the problem on your own. Yes and I did not do enough research before buying this one and took to a best buy employee's word on buying the tv. That particular employee was like this tv is so great, it has this and that which I later found out to be not true after a thorough research. Best buy you can do better than this to not provide misinformation to your customers.

Numerous complaints all over the web about this model. Sony won't even acknowledge the issue. It also loses wifi and I'm always having to reboot it. Worst purchase I've ever made!
