Great picture from Sony

SiriusXM App Frustrated
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.SiriusXM featured App does not work, after purchasing 2 Sony Bravia TVs in less than 3 weeks apart, both do not allow me to sign in with my already subscription service I had prior to my purchase. I have spent endless hours on the phone with Sony remote service, as well as SiriusXM. Poor remote Customer Services and No resolution. Several Apps. (SiriusXM and VEVO) so far do not allowing Customers with subscriptions to login. Why have it to be a featured App.? Sony Remote calls when I at work, with No common sense.

Great entry level 4K TV

Good tv, Netflix issue

Geek Squad fails to set up televisions completely
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While I bought this new Sony TV with all the installed items, such as Netflix, etc., the $99 paid to have the Geek Squad set the TV up was a waste of money. All these people did was to set it up to the Cox cable box, and did not set up the Netflix operations or explain fully how to use all these added features of a Smart TV. So, if asked to pay extra for the Geek Squad, do not waste your money!

Smart features are weak

Great brand, bad experience!

Poor quality for the money

I paid for a superior picture. It is too late to return this so I am going to sell it on Craigslist and buy a LG tv . Sony is way overpriced!! The salesman duped me.

Love the TV but picture just went out

I actually have to unplug it ever couple days to get it to work ... my Sony Bravia I never do that
