    Mediocre picture, terrible remote

    I know this says 4K, but I don't buy it. Nothing looks 4K with that depth and clarity I've seen on cheaper models. VERY disappointed and am returning to Best Buy ASAP.

    Quit working after 16 days

    Things happen. So while it quit working, that gave me a chance to return it. Instead I got a Samsung that was comparably equipped. It was about $100 more, but the sound is much better, smart hub is awesome and the cool styled remote works my cable box without programming it. How do it know? The Sony had poor sound and the software can not match Samsung.

    After getting this television home I was disappointed with the quality of the picture. Not near what I expected and I am returning it.

    Broken Android Apps

    The constant android app messages ruin the otherwise good experience. Sony refuses to address it.
