Picture is great, refresh rate is great, features are great. Great TV for $800. Highly recommend looking at this tv in the store if you are in the market for a 4k tv.

Provides beautiful picture. HDR support could use a little more clarity. HDMI ports 2 and 3 support the current high standard, had to move console inputs around to make sure I had the best picture possible, but a cursory Google search alleviated that. Fantastic TV though. Good aesthetics. Ended up wall-mounting which was fairly easy, except for the fact that I had to supply extra screws. Worse things though. All-in-all, a great TV with lots of good tech (Netflix works easy, google stuff is easy too. Don't have DirecTV so the built-in support for that is unnecessary but nice.) Great tv. Great all-around.

This is a great tv. The picture is very clear and it's easy to use. I love the Netflix button. Even my children figured out how to use the remote! Highly recommend.

Bought this as a tv for our bonus room and have been thoroughly pleased. Great picture and easy set up. Would buy again!

This TV replaced an old Vizio in the living room. BIG upgrade! I did not think going to 4k would make much of a difference, but I was wrong! Can't go wrong with this TV.

Hello: So I looked at both Sony 55 inch TVs, the one with a thousand or so pixels and this one with 2000 pixels. And this one has the 4K capability. HOWEVER, what no one tells you that ONLY game manufacturers produce content in 4K now, and maybe ever, I also wonder if humans can actually see the difference between 1000 pixels and 2000. So, unless you are a 20-something gamer (I'm a 55 year old movie fan), I think the cheaper Sony is the way to go, and you'll have $300 more in your pocket to rent movies or other content. This TV is beautiful but I think for my needs that I paid more than I needed to

Bought as primary tv set... great tv, easy to install, image is beautifull and sound pretty fair. I am fully satisfied and would recommend. Great value for the price.

Loved it for the two months that I had it. Hurricane Harvey flooded my house and a lamp fell into the screen. Cracked the glass and the picture was no more. Going to get another one when house is finished! Btw geek squad warranty doesn’t cover screens FYI.

I love everything about this TV - except the Android interface and the remote. The picture quality is superb. The build quality is top notch and the stand is elegant and sturdy. I purchased the Sony HTCT800 sound bar and the sound is good but the sound bar covers the remote sensor on the TV! You have to raise up the remote so it "sees" the remote. The Android interface is slow and clunky, but once it gets running, it is alright. I use a Fire TV Stick and it works well. I also have the Sony 4K Blu-Ray and it is truly stunning picture. Good Value - Great picture with some limitations.

The color and clarity of picture is stunning. Easy access to a variety of ports and I can still hook up my old Bose sound system without adapters. Love this TV!

Upgrading from a 8 year old plasma, so everything about this TV is better. Was surprised by the sound from just the TV. I placed it in the entertainment room and my wife can turn the TV on and hear it easily while in the kitchen. It not going to rattle your insides, but its loud and clear. Love the Smart part of the TV. when you don't want to watch TV, you can click on Pandora/Spotify/etc and listen to music (which would help with sound bar). Overall love this TV. Great picture, applications, and decent sound for a thin TV. Negative Comment - The TV does get slow at times. Assuming its the computer that drives the TV. Just to push the input button to switch from cable to gaming console sometimes takes 30 seconds or longer. The only way I have found to fix it is to do a factory reset, which will require you to go through the 15-30 minute set-up phase again.

Great picture , awesome sound,easy to set up has everything you need and more! Very happy with this tv, it was a replacement for a regular plasma tv. Love it

Beautiful picture with wide viewing angle range. Very sensitive tuner and extensive diagnostics for TV. Not just signal strength with 100 steps, compared to 4 steps on most TVs, but also signal-to-noise ratio. Below 17dB S/N don't expect any TV reception. Streaming off the internet is even good at DSL speeds. You need higher-speed internet for true high-def streaming. Has a jack for a wired ethernet cable and built-in wireless. Stand allows placement on a cabinet somewhat smaller than the width of the TV, which is convenient. Picture comes on in 1-2 seconds.

So far so good! We enjoy the picture quality and depths of color. The built in "smart" feature has my kids taking music lessons off the "you tube" channel :)

I picked up this TV as part of a deal when the PS4 Pro game out. Out of the box it doesn't do HDR, so keep that in mind and do a software update (settings/about). After getting it all set up and updated, everything looks great (again, for the price). It doesn't have best in class motion plus, struggles a bit with football, but the Live Football picture mode helps. Gaming and movies are outstanding. There are plenty of controls for picture, to include multiple steps of Motion smoothing (to increase/decrease the "soap opera effect"), and I've found that Custom/1 works best for us.

This Sony Tv has great picture with plenty of options to adjust the picture. Along with is a great Smart tv android OS that is very clean and user friendly

We own a upper end Sony and love the quality, so this Sony was the perfect fit for the game room. Simple to use the Android functions, and great color.

The picture on this is amazing. If you have the PS4 Pro this is the tv for you or even if you need a new tv this should defiantly be in your top 5 choices.

Love my new Sony 55". The picture is just amazing especially when watching blu rays. It was also very easy to set up. I would recommend this TV to anyone.
