Bought this unit to replace a recently purchased Vizio M55 DO that wasn't able to be repaired. Went to the store to just buy another Vizio, but their sales person showed me a wide array of tv options that were well in my price range ($700-$800) and once we got to the Sony section it was game over for all other brands! The Sony TVs were more vibrant and the black areas didn't pixelate like all of the other brands. Very happy with this TV and unlike the Vizio I can stream my Amazon Movies through the tv!!!!!!

I purchased the product after several research. This is my first experience with Sony TV and the picture and sound quality is great. Excellent for watching UHD movies from Netflix and Crackle. However, I had difficulty with the connectivity as it automatically lost Internet signal after about 18 -24 hours. On each occasion, the TV needed to be completely rebooted before the connection was restored. Called Sony Customer Service Unit which should be renamed Customer Suffering Unit. The reps did not show any form of empathy, and on top of it, simply cut off the line after putting me on hold for long. This happened REPEATEDLY hence I concluded its the culture. If you can cope with an extremely lousy CSU, you can seriously consider the product.

The only reason I purchased this TV was to have a 4K TV with HDR that could utilize my new PS4 Pro and my Xbox One S. I've now played extensively with both and can say it looks great! 4K visuals are amazing and when you pair that with High Dynamic Range for colors it's truly beautiful. You can't go wrong with a Sony device and that means my TV remote works well with the PlayStation as well. Built in Chromecast and a Smart TV to boot with all the necessary video apps like Netflix and Hulu and you've got a must buy!

Wonderful picture. Good sound. Did not have to use soundbar as I did with previous Sony. Easy to use. Happy with new television!

I know it's only 60hz but I havnt noticed that at all. I play games on it. Watch movies on it. It's great. Contrast levels are good. Havnt noticed any blooming. No light leaks. All looks good. Some would say this was the Best Buy.

Great tv, great picture. The only thing I do not like is there is no sleep timesrbutton on remote. You have to go through like 4 steps just to set timer. Other than that one little thing, it's a great buy.

The picture quality and the size of this tv is perfect for my living room. I am impressed by the quality vs the price of this tv.

Looked at different 4K Ultra Smart televisions. Of all off the televisions we looked at, the Sony meet every every specification. From size, picture quality, and price. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Purchased this to replace my older Sony TV. This TV was priced very competitively and offered all the features we utilize. Syncs with google apps, easy to use and no issues since purchasing.

delivery persons were in a rush.wouldn't even help me turn the tv on.great picture after the cable company hooked up the set and explained a few things.good color and resolution is great in 4k or 1080.

My second choice as the TV I had planned to buy was sold out when I went back to the Best Buy store. Being an android TV, there are functions that I used before related to my P/C and receiver that do not work now. I have plenty of apps that will do these for me. Just a little more learning than I had figured on. Excellent picture, not the best sound....why I am using a new Yamaha receiver to handle the sound. I'm on cable so I'm not getting the best possible picture as cable is 1080p.

Great picture 4K Tv however the internet connect is severely lacking, we purchased an airport express for this TV to make internet access bearable on the TV. Sony really needs to remedy this issue.

Great tv for 4k HDR. Paired with the ps4 pro, produces awesome picture on the games that support the enhanced 4k HDR 10 format. The latency is low so you won't have any lag when gaming. With just a few tweaks the picture is also really good for movies and shows. The only complaint I would have is the tv supports voice commands but the remote they give you does not. A feature I probably wouldn't use much anyway, so no big deal for me personally. I also plan on buying another one for my bedroom.

It's a great tv and super clear but the refresh rate is really low so it gets blurry during some fast paced action scenes.

If you're shopping for a TV in this price range, you can't do much better. However, for $200-$300 more you can get a far superior picture with true native 120 hz refresh rate. It really is worth it.

Great picture. Good for streaming tv and movies. Easy to cast to from phone or computer. I would buy again

We purchased this tv on sale and so far are very pleased with it. We have had Sony products in the past so we are familiar with the quality. It's a learning curve setting it up with all the technology. We're from a time of buy it, plug it in and watch TV. Not anymore though, stream this, wi-fi that. I let the husband figure it all out. Only thing is I think we will purchase a sound bar for it. Got to have awesome sound with the awesome picture display. The speakers on it are just okay.

I bought this with the PS4 Pro Bundle. All these TV upgrades for a better picture won't stop. HDR is the new thing and so I must have it. I was planning on getting the 49in model until this sale went on. Loving it so much. I enjoy the ability to tinker with the color options. A lot of TVs have presets and that's it. This TV has presets and a customizable set. My last 3 sets haven't had anything customizable for the picture. Put a wall mount up just for this TV and am enjoying the view.
