Needed to buy a smart tv and this one did the job quite nicely.

Love the tv. Can't figure out how to get voice find working yet but that's probably on me. Great picture. Sound is ok for us. If you want large movie sound might want to get a sound bar. Amazing pics for PS3 gaming! Very happy with it!

This TV had everything I wanted at a good price. Very east to set up even for someone tech challenged. Picture looks great. I wouldn't buy open. I wouldn't buy open box again though. That experience through Best Buy was awful.

I upgraded from a 32" samsung to this TV and all I can say is that it is the perfect buy. It is very clear and crisp and connects to all my devices. Streaming from browser, youtube and netflix works great. I would definitely recommend

I looked at several TV's before i settled on this one, it has every type of output/input i need and numerous of each. For the price it is a fantastic set with vivid colours and rich picture quality. Cannot fault it in any way.

Read reviews on this Sony 55" UHD 4K television. Well I'm pleased to say it lives up to its description. It was light enough to carry in the house and easy to hook up. The picture looks fantastic. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I think this would probably be the best tv, I’ve ever had.

I wanted to get a tv for my daughter for Christmas. I had looked around and Best Buy had the best price for what I wanted to get her. It has a great picture and all the bells and whistles she wanted. I'm very happy with this one.

It has a great picture, especially when you turn it to "Vivid". It is incredibly light compared to our previous Bravia, which was 100+ pounds. This one is less than 40! One person can pick it up, but not recommended. Not having had a smart TV before, I thought any app I played on Android could be played on a big TV screen....wrong! They have special versions for this, so the choices are limited. That was the biggest disappointment, but it has nothing to do with the TV, just the whole smart TV concept and my different expectations. We don't even use that anyhow. One other pleasant surprise was that our several-year old Leap TV worked great with this TV, whereas our older version (at least 4-6 yrs old) did not pick up the sound. Another fun surprise, for the better.

This tv was recommended by staff. It has been a good purchase. Only downside is the volume is annoying with it being very loud when there is music in a scene and very low for dialog. Must be why they try to sell a soundbar with it. The quality of a movie you watch from one of the installed apps will depend upon your internet quality.

Great tv- I expected nothing less from Sony. With the right HD setup, the picture is great! Tv sound is low, so highly recommend the surround sound to give the theater quality.

The picture is clear and sharp from many angles. The setup was a bit tricky trying to understand the pictures. I would prefer words vs pictures for the instructions. Using the online keyboard to type is not user friendly.

We have really enjoyed this TV. Excellent picture, sound, and features. By switching from DirecTV to Dish Network we upgraded our equipment and service, and with the money we saved by switching......it will pay for this new TV

This is already my 3rd Sony TV. I never regret buying it because I know this very durable and worth buying. Especially now that this is 4K, it's like the picture is very real. I love it. And this is highly recommended.

I brought the TV for my bedroom. I wasn't expecting all the extra features which allows me to connect my network, PC, IPad, and IPhone Great picture and sound. Especially love the 1 button feature that starts up my Netflix.

Got this Sony to replace our samsung on friends' and best buy sales person recommendation. I was told it was really good and indeed the quality of the image suited me in the store but when we got home and started using it we were quite disappointed. The menus are not intuitive, it doesn't integrate well with cable, keeps loosing internet connection. Image quality is pretty good (about the same as Samsung as far as I can tell) but we are so frustrated with the remote and loss of internet that this does not compensate. Would I buy it again? No, I should have stick to Samsung.
