The salesperson was so knowledgeable and friendly I had done research on Sony but was out of my price range, I told the salesperson what I was looking for and my budget and he showed me the Sony 55 flat screen turned out it was in my price range and bigger than the one I originally went in to get! I'm totally satisfied with my purchase and grateful to the salesperson that helped me out! 5 star purchase 5 star customer service!

It is still working and is going to a family member. This 55" is phenomenal. We've had it for a month and are still marveling at the picture. The sound is not bad, either. Can't comment on the Android features because we have Amazon Fire Tv and use that exclusively. This new set is big and unwieldy to set up-takes two people. I used the Geek Squad and am very impressed with their professionalism.
