Not What I Had Hoped For....

First, the setup programs and options are quite difficult to navigate and understand. These new TV's are essentially computers with lots of software that must be loaded and/or optimized. It was not clear which programs I needed or how to best set them up (even after reading the instructions and program description). I still cannot get the TV to run the channel guide for my local cable service. The worst problem I have had, and still have, is that the sound cuts out for several seconds after the TV has been on for 15-20 minutes. This happens several times, then stops, the starts up again and occurs on all channels (but not when using DVD's or Blu-ray discs). I have tried all of the online fixes that people recommend, but no success (change settings on the TV, new HDMI cables, etc). I will contacting Best Buy this week to get the problem fixed. Thus, I cannot give this TV a high rating. The picture quality is very good on regular channels (I don't have HD programming, so I know it can be much, much better) and excellent with Blu-ray movies.
